This is the first time I decided to order a sandwich from LaSpadas and it was really an outrage and disappointment. A small vegetable sandwich cost with delivery $17.00 and 11 cents and then I gave a $3 tip for a sandwich that was overcooked and the bread tasted like it was three or four days old and a disgrace. I asked for red peppers on the side instead of putting it on the sandwich and they wrote it on the slip but I never got the red peppers and they blamed it on the driver but they did nothing to try to make good for it. There are very good sandwich places in this area, so please refrain from going to LaSpadas unless you want a rotten sandwich, that is totally disgusting and then to add insult to injury they don’t offer anything to make it right.

Ordered 24 large sandwiches for travel- couldn’t have been more pleased! 12 Italian special hoagies and 12 cheesesteaks ready when I arrived, they helped me carry then to my car and were very friendly and kind. All sandwiches were delicious too! 5 stars!

I went to Laspadas Steaks and Hoagies in Aston, PA, and let me tell you, it was a gem of a find. This old-school, genuine Italian hoagie shop is everything you want when you’re craving a true Philly experience. The atmosphere hits you right away—it’s the kind of joint where you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. The bread was simply out of this world, with a perfect crusty exterior and a soft, chewy inside that made every bite a delight.
The counter lady was the real deal. She greeted me with a big smile and a warm “How ya doin’?”—classic Philly hospitality. She could tell I was indecisive and suggested an amazing prosciutto and sharp provolone hoagie. Man, she knew what she was talking about. The flavors were off the charts, with the salty prosciutto and the tangy provolone working together in perfect harmony. She also recommended I throw on some hot and sweet peppers, and boy, did that make a difference. Those peppers added the perfect kick and sweetness that took the sandwich to another level.
It was a total random stop, but it felt like I hit the jackpot. Laspadas has that authentic, no-frills vibe that makes you feel right at home. The hoagie was packed with fresh ingredients, piled high just the way it should be. Every bite was a reminder of why Philly is known for its hoagies. The whole experience was just top-notch, from the friendly service to the incredible food. It’s the kind of place where you can tell they’ve been doing it right for years.
If you’re ever in Aston, you gotta check out Laspadas. It’s the kind of place that makes you proud to be from Philly, with that genuine, down-to-earth charm and seriously good eats. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this spot is a must-visit. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Been going to LaSpada’s for decades and loved their pizza steak. But today I went, and something really left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe it was the food, or the people, or the fact they have dollars with Trump’s face on them. I’m not sure, but I know I’ll never be back, and anyone with any morals shouldn’t either.

Checked out this really cool little steak shop tonight for dinner with my daughter. We were heading down to a college hockey game at the ice rink around the corner and I stumbled upon this place. I always love to read the reviews prior to going in this one had some amazing reviews for the cheesesteaks. we ended up getting two cheesesteaks order french fries and two drinks. The bills roughly $35 a regular size cheesesteak is 12 inches in size and is packed with meat. I don’t know how big the large size was but I can only assume it’s around 19 inches but I can’t confirm that. The cheesesteak was absolutely delicious just meat onions that were nicely sautéed and plenty of cheese. The meat packed. The rule in the rule was just amazingly perfect, nice and soft just taste the freshness. French fries were just perfect as well and I love that they served the crinkle cut kind. The inside was pretty big and wide open and very well lit. The staff was very friendly and attentive from the moment, we walked in the door. They do have men’s in woman’s bathrooms in the police and there is plenty of well lit parking outside is this facility is inside of a strip mall. If you’re looking for a very good Philadelphia style cheesesteak then don’t hesitate to try this spot out.

Had steak sandwich tonight. Meat was so frazzled it was like hamburger instead of steak. There was plenty of it but had no taste. Won’t be going back.

I really wanted to like this place.. second time and I got a mini cheesesteak. Extra cheese, f/o SPK. I can honestly say one of the worst cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Not only was there literally no seasoning, (im currently doing it myself) I ask for extra cheese and there’s barely any. Not only that, but the meat to cheese ratio is very inconsistent. I HATE biting into a cheesesteak and one bite there’s cheese the next there isn’t! I’m actually so disappointed right now I won’t lie

I guess I went the wrong place for a cheese burger. First off it was a hamburger patty got anybody can buy Frozen at the market. I was hoping for a homemade one. First time there and then it came out raw. I loved the kaiser roll, onions, but not really happy with the burger itself even when they gave me another one it is still a patty that you can buy at the market.
I’m sure their other food is fine just don’t order a cheeseburger, you’ll be disappointed
