Our Napa location is NOT open to the public – NO walk-ins. The only way to enjoy our food is by following our food trailer on IG, FB. Lasagna con Amore is Italian for Lasagna with Love. The name reflects Chef Massimo Biatta and his wife Sonia Giovanazzi the passion for cooking with love and sharing that love with their community. In Italian culture, food is a symbol of love and family and Lasagna Con Amore with his shining food trailer and catering will bring directly this love to you. Lasagna Con Amore goal is to make everyone feel like they’re experiencing a taste of home, made with love, just like Nonna used to do. Was at a nine and dine event in Hiddenbrooke. Had this wonderful meal that included green and red lasagna.
OMG it was so delicious real Italian flavors pasta was so tender. I highly recommend if you want real Italian flavors and texture.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I showed up to a baby shower and saw an Airstream food trailer parked in the backyard—but wow, what a surprise. It turned out to be one of the best food experiences I’ve had at an event. The Italian team was super friendly, and the food… let’s just say I went back for seconds (and thirds). You could tell everything was made with care and real Italian passion—flavorful, fresh, and far from the usual party catering. It made the whole vibe relaxed and fun, without anyone having to worry about cooking or cleaning. Since then, I’ve been hooked—definitely a go-to for authentic Italian food with a unique twist.

As an Italian, I am particular about my food. I found Sonia and Massimo’s Lasagna Con Amore to be the best Italian food locally that I have tasted. I love their lasagna. I love the cannoli ,and Caprese salad, but most of all I love their friendly atmosphere. They are so very personable. They are fun to be around, and I enjoy every time I get to speak Italian with them. My husband and I try to go see them whenever we can. They make every venue better.

It felt like a hidden gem tucked into the vines. I ended up chatting with the team—they’re passionate, kind, clearly love what they do and they were real Italian. Massimo and Sonia did an amazing job catering our event. Every single detail from the presentation to the taste was phenomenal. Charcuterie trays were beautifully prepared with a wide array of meat, cheese, fruit, and crackers. The food was piping hot and delicious. The meat lasagna, pesto gnocchi, and meatballs were out of this world! And of course, we topped everything off with the cannolis. If you are looking for traditional Italian meal, look no further! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again.

It made the event so much easier and more fun with their Airstream food trailer, with no mess in the kitchen.
The food quality is restaurant-livello,nothing like typical street food.
