Wow, wow, wow. Absolutely delicious. We got the Breakfast Longanisa and the Sisig style fries. The food was prepared fresh and fast, and the staff was cheery and friendly. Really flavorful food, absolutely worth a visit asap.

We got a purple paradise bubble tea, so yummy! My partner said it was the best bubble tea he’s ever had. Staff was very friendly and quick service. We are excited to come back and try their sandwiches.

LASA Sandwiches & Pearls is a fantastic spot to dive into some truly unique and delicious Filipino flavors. I’ve been fortunate enough to visit on multiple occasions, and it consistently delivers a satisfying and vibrant meal experience.
I’ve had the pleasure of trying several of their popular sandwiches, including the Lechón Kawali roll, adobo fried chicken, and lumpia sub. All were genuinely good and packed with authentic taste, but the clear winner for me has to be the Breakfast Longanisa. That sandwich is an absolute gem – perfectly seasoned and incredibly satisfying. The flavors just sing!
Beyond the sandwiches, their fries are a great side – good and definitely filling. And of course, you can’t go wrong with their lumpia; they’re well-executed and make for a perfect snack or appetizer. While I haven’t had the chance to try any of their “Pearls” (drinks and desserts) yet, given how excellent everything else has been, I imagine they’re just as good as the sandwiches.
The service is always friendly and efficient, even when they’re busy, which is a testament to their staff. My only minor suggestion for an even more perfect experience would be to perhaps offer a bit more seating, especially during peak hours, as this popular spot can fill up quickly!
Overall, LASA Sandwiches & Pearls is a must-visit for anyone looking to explore vibrant Filipino cuisine in a casual and welcoming environment. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to dive into more of their menu, and maybe finally try those “Pearls”!

6/2025 – Overall, I enjoyed the food. Not the Halo Halo. Crispy chicken sandwich and sisig fries were big portions. The Fili bistek was too salty for my liking. I believe there was another poster that said the same thing. I do not recommend the Halo Halo because it was just full of ice and not even the nice shave ice either. It was crunchy grainy ice that was hard to drink/eat. I had to wait for the whole thing to melt before I could really eat it. By the time the whole thing melted, I realized there was barely any chunky contents such as jelly or fruits to justify the price at $10. Have you ever had Vietnamese che (from places such as Bambu)? You get a whole cup of solid contents! I was so disappointed with this halo halo that i just have to write this review to relieve some of that disappointment and frustration.

Food is really good here. You just have to be a little patient. It takes a moment long than you might think for sandwiches. And the wait is so worth it. Biggest surprise was the chicken adobada. I wasn’t expecting it to be so good. I’ve had that, meatball, tofu, pork belly and the loaded fries. All really good. I’d recommend extra chilies on the pork belly. Good little pop of added flavor.

5 stars always. The longanisa breakfast sandwich is my favorite, but the lumpia is great too! They’re closed for a well deserved break right now and I’m writing this from the parking lot. Mad because I wanted lumpia, but damn I guess I’ll just have to come back to see auntie for some food when they’re back open!

In July, me, my boyfriend, and my little brother were staying in Everett for vacation (we live in Arizona). My boyfriend is half Dutch & Black but loves Filipino food. We saw Lasa on the map and decided to give it a try. The Sisig fries was so good, my little brother had gotten the breakfast Longanisa, that was soo good too. The Sisig fries was sooo good, we had to come back a second time before leaving. ♥️
