Suboptimal… both our orders were wrong, drinks were not available (only zero sprite, no Coke Zero) the Matré D was brilliant, quite lovely. We found it quite noisy. Probably a great place if you have kids, but was not for us.

There was a bin like smell coming from the kitchen area and we had to move twice to different seats because of it. The waiter Likho tried his best and was patience with us, but we had to send a few orders back that came to the table wrong. The food was decent and enjoyable, in the end though.
Kids barely wanted to play in the play area, but the play area is decent for most kids.

We were served by such a very sweet man by Final Boss. He was also entertaining for the kids, we actually came to celebrate our kids birthday and the staff was so sweet and welcoming. We will definitely come and visit again.

I’ve always loved Spur for its family energy and those legendary birthday songs that make every visit special. We usually go to other branches, but decided to stop by the Hemingway Spur — and I’m so glad we did!
From the moment Soso introduced herself, her energy was incredible. She was warm, attentive, and had such great insight — the kind of person who turns an ordinary meal into a memorable experience. Waitresses like her truly influence how people experience a place, and she’s an absolute superstar.

I was extremely disappointed by the service received had to wait more than 45mins after placing a breakfast order , while other people who came later than us were receiving their orders normally . I guess I have to start looking elsewhere for a better service .

The food was really good, the only reason I gave this 2 stars is because I was highly disappointed that we had to stand in the back of the line having someone in a wheelchair and it wasn’t easily accessible at all. We waited quite some time for our food and drinks to arrive considering it was not busy due to social distancing. Our waitress couldn’t be found most of the time and we kept dealing with different people. A little disheartening as we usually have a good experience at Spur and love the food.
