We are visiting the area and have eaten at this restaurant for two nights in a row. We have had groups of nine and fourteen. First, everything our group ate and drank was good. They handled our large groups so we’ll that we returned the second night. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you prefer spicier salsa, ask for the hotter version! We have 2 more nights here, and we may be back again!

The service was way less than expected. Waitress was very rude. Forgot our water and sweet tea. When I asked again she walked away saying “water and cheese dip”. So I got cheese dip without ordering because she doesn’t listen to the customer. Then tries to remember what they ordered instead of writing it down. Rude if you asked for anything, like straws because she wasn’t on top of anything. The food taste was just not good. I ate half of one fajitas and felt sick. We will not be retuning.

I was very disappointed in the service and food here. The salsa was good but when the food came my crispy taco was soaked in the queso from my enchilada and my sons soft tacos were soggy from the chicken juice. He couldn’t even eat them. The service was mediocre and most couldn’t be bothered to check on our table or speak to us. I even had to get up to ask for salt because they were busy chatting and didn’t bring it. Again, very disappointing.

Where do I even begin… this restaurant used to be my family’s go to restaurant every week. But recently it’s just gone downhill, and our last experience there was absolutely terrible. Let me start off first with the bathrooms.. the ladies room was disgusting. It didn’t smell clean, it looked dirty, there were fruit flies flying around the sink! My husband and 10 year old son even made a comment about the men’s bathroom being gross too.. and it makes me wonder if it’s that hard to keep the bathrooms clean and tidy, does your kitchen look like this too?.. so then my husband and I shrugged it off and ordered our nachos to share. When it came back it looked VERY unappetizing. I don’t think I’ve ever received a plate of food at a restaurant that made me want to send it back just based on appearance!! The ground beef was wet, soggy, and looked flavorless (like it came out of a can) the steak wasn’t even cut up, the chips had a funny taste (like they had been sitting out) and the queso looked and tasted watered down.. AND THEN, I ordered a margarita and when I took a few sips it had a mildew taste.. the glass it came in even had that mildew smell, I had to wash my hands to get the smell off.. I have never had a bad experience like this at a restaurant, but I needed to share this experience to let the owner know that my family and I will not be returning to this place unfortunately. That’s way too many strikes in one sitting. And cleanliness is so important at any restaurant. As well as the taste and appearance of food.

Always an outstanding food experience whenever I’m in Winchester, VA. Always seated very quickly, always courteous and accommodating wait staff. Their fajitas especially their Texas combination fajitas are the best I’ve ever had. You won’t be disappointed by this establishment.

Horrible service. My daughter and her friends went there on prom night and were left sitting there for over 45 minutes only receiving their drinks. The waitress never came back to check on them or take their order. Thanks for making their night real special. You should be ashamed. Lost our business forever and I will let everyone I know about the service.

Came in for Cinco de Mayo dinner and drinks. Had friendly service, great drinks and good food. Will be back to take part in their Monday special of $1.99 margaritas. I will say that the location is on the small side and when there are large groups seated in long tables in the middle it can make for a not so intimate dinner. Also there is only one stall in the restroom and the two times I tried to use it there was a line, not a fan of that. But in all a place that I will come back to visit.
