The bakery has recently changed ownership and is now known as Kathy’s Bakery Bros #Two. As you enter, you are greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly baked bun Dulce. The bread remains warm and irresistibly delicious, showcasing the bakery’s commitment to quality. Additionally, hot champurado and traditional tamales are available, both tasting rich and flavorful.

OMG!! GOLD MINE!!

They sell sweet breads/pan dulce, tamales and empanadas!! The tinga and beef and potato empanadas are fabulous!! Yummmm!! The coffee is hot and fresh!! And they provide you with the option of regular milk and coffee creamer from the fridge. Nice and cold! The breads are fresh! My favorite was the chocolate cake and the pink frosted cake. The conchas are really spongy!! The pan dulces are great!! I tried the beef tamale and the pollo en salsa verde. Both were nice! I’ll definitely be back! Ohh and BTW… the staff were REALLY sweet!!

Rosa’s Bakery has amazing mexican bread plus ice cream and other specialty items such as abuelita chocolate! Rosie and Raymond also care about the children in the community and they host a cookie classes for the local kids to discover their creativity and learn how to make their own cookies and as a reward they also learn to fix their own pizza! The expression of all the kids faces were truly priceless! This is a small business that I feel proud to go and shop and also can call FAMILIA driven!! Hands down to them and God continue to bless them for many more generations!

They made capirotada from nasty leftover rosca bread. Who does that! Disgusting!

dropped by around 630am on a Monday for the first time and it was pretty sad . I was expecting to find warm fresh bread but instead there was absolutely no one there and the bread looked like it had been sitting there from the weekend. the lady was just sitting in a corner waiting for people to come in instead of baking fresh bread. I think you’ll find there are better options in the area.

I fell in love with this bakery 3 years ago when I moved here to Carson. The service is outstanding, the bread, cakes, pies, cookies are delicious. The ice cream are amazing, but what keeps me a faithful customer is how your treated like family .

Went today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. They open at 5am which is awesome and everything I picked up was fresh and made that day. I think I just found my new spot for mex bread. I gave a 4 star bc all places should have room for improvement.

I walk 5 blocks to pick up piggie cookies, though I wish they had more ginger in them. The Tamales are the best I’ve had lately, second only to Grandma’s but, better than I can make.
