When I first ordered the Sapo Chicken and took my first bite I felt like Anton Ego in Ratatouille- no lie. It reminded me of home cooked food I had growing up- especially the papas encasueladas. They also have a good salsa de aguacate that’s a bit spicy. I have tried other things on the menu, have brought friends here, and we always enjoy it.

Came here pretty late at around 11pm and they were still kind to accept us in even though kitchen closes in approximately 30 minutes.
We had an amazing appetizer called Pastorcitos. It was so delicious and both my husband and son had carnitas and fajita tacos. One of the best salsa we had. We would love to come back again when we are in Dallas.

We ordered large queso for an appetizer, then I decided on the Chavas which is a cheese enchilada, crispy taco, beans and rice. I asked for chili sauce on my enchilada. Everything was very tasty. Their chips and salsa also tasted good: most of the chips were warm, thin, and crispy; the salsa tasted fresh with a decent hint of heat.
Others ordered the nachos with meat, beans, pico, cheese, and sour cream (on the side). We liked that they are created on each chip rather than toppings piled on a bunch of chips. The chips were slightly thicker to accommodate the toppings. Their fajita enchiladas are delicious and their tacos are stuffed with good meat, cheese, pico, and lettuce. Be warned! The ground meat is spicy! – But delicious.

This place is great! Fresh food, good service and good prices! I ordered the tostadas with Fajatia beef. It is a special on Tuesdays and would highly recommend. Even though I ate there on Thursday… Loved the flavor of the meat, fresh avocado, lettuce and shredded cheese. The complementary chips and salsa is also top notch- just the right amount of spice
