A family run gem hidden away behind some trees. The food is amazing and it’s reasonably priced. They make everything to order and the servers are kind and welcoming. For the price of a burger and fries you can get 2 steak quesadillas with home style salsa. An easy choice if you ask me

An excellent expression of authentic Mexican cuisine. The flor de calabaza and huitlacoche stand out as true pre-Hispanic Mexican flavors, rich, balanced, and beautifully prepared. Quesabrosaz in Stone Oak is a must-visit in San Antonio.

I had to visit San Antonio and I found one hidden gem here. The Asada Memelas are really good, they have this corn base with beans, red sauce, green sauce, on top carne asada with crumble fresh cheese, is a pack of flavors all well balance in your mouth!!!!. But I did not stop there I wanted to try the quesadillas and I request one with half of chicharron prensado en salsa verde and the other half with flor de calabaza y elote, wooow it was really delicious the cheese they are using is awesome, just be careful with the sauces!!! They are spicy!. After finishing my meal I look into the corn bread, looks like a mini cake with a really nice crust, some pecans, a delicious filling and the most important for me it was balanced in the sweetness you still can appreciate the corn pieces and flavor, plus is really nice decorate with the corn husks. Bere was really nice! The restaurant was super clean so this is a 10 out of 10 for me and I will stop again if I can.

THE BEST TACOS AROUND…seriously it doesn’t get better than this, fresh tortillas, sauces to choose from, and quick service. You’ll come here thinking you’ll down 2 tacos and quickly realize that the ingredients are so high quality that you’re full after 1…. WILL BE BACK!!

Stopped by for a quick bite on a Sunday afternoon. You order at the register and pick up your food when your number is called. Menu is small and simple, focusing on Quesadillas, Sopes, Gorditas, and Memelas. You can get any of those items with the same 10 styles of meat. I liked how you can order any item individually in case you wanted to try different items with different meats.

Ordered a Quesadilla, Sope, and a Pastel de Elote for dessert. Food was delicious, but my favorite was the Pastel del Elote as it’s hard to find in San Antonio. I’ll definitely be back to try the different meats served in different dishes.

I ate two quesadillas (one with zucchini flower, and other one with guitlacoche), I liked both of them, but in México, the people cooking these ones with a herb (Epazote), I think they don’t use it because that flavor can be very strange (strong), for some people.
I recommend this place, give to this restaurant the opportunity to teach you that the Mexican food it’s not just tacos and gorditas.
