Best carne asada fries in town. No where else comes close. Chimichanga also delicious. We used to come to this restaurant regularly a long time ago. It was great then, even better now.

My father and I ordered the special which was carnitas but the steak was tough and old tasting. When we brought it to our servers attention she said that the meat is tougher and we should of ordered the Chile Verde. After insisting to see the manager she went back and came back out and said he was busy but they would take off half off of our meal. A simple apology or offer to give us something different would have sufficed. I know that carnitas is general a tougher cut of meat but it should have been slow cooked to be tender and not have tasted old.

We came with a large party. We were all very pleased with the meals we ordered. The chips and salsa were fresh and the food very authentic and delicious! The two servers were very courteous and were great. The meals came without a long wait, even though we had a large party. I definitely recommend it. I was very pleased that we all went.

This place has excellent, authentic, fresh from scratch Mexican food. I got a chilli relleno and some carnitas, They were delicious. They also have excellent freshly made salsa and guacamole. They have decent prices and great food served by friendly folks in a nice setting. I liked that this place had a quite, peaceful, and kind vibe. Just what I needed after a long day. This place is so good!

California native here. This food was fantastic! I’ve had my share of blah Mexican food but this place was delicious! I had the chimichanga plate. The margaritas were a tad sweet but they were delicious. Liquor tasted like it was good quality

Sorry for the one star, but this is not a place I will go to again, or recommend to anyone. This place was totally quiet, no music, no other customers, a ton of printer paper and hand written signes all over the walls, very outdated, $15 domestic pitchers, and no cheese dip on the menu. I’m not sure how the doors are still open. Two blocks down the street is a Mexican restaurant with upbeat music, $10 pitchers, clean look, customers, and cheese dip on the menu.

Overall the food is just bland. Several older patrons were in the restaurant, so I’m assuming the menu is based around their palate. The service is great. Get the fried ice cream. You won’t be disappointed.

Eh…. uuhh…eh…Good food. Heineken was , as usual, good… had to ask for a pilsner (iced warm)(not cold at all) to drink from after it was delivered…..[received, actually, a root beer not pilsner]

Great and friendly atmosphere. The waitress was amazing in explaining the dish of my choice. I would highly recommend this place and would most definitely return.

What a tiny hidden gem, located across from jack n the box, huge portions, or small if you order a half order. Amazing friendly staff, excellent service and prompt hot great food.
