Las Palmas deserves far more recognition than a 3-star average. My visit last night was an easy 5-star experience! We got a table as soon as we walked in, and Caty provided incredible service right from the start, taking our drink order without delay. Beyond the fantastic service, the food was excellent, and the restaurant was wonderfully clean and inviting. It’s rare to find such reasonable prices these days—our bill was surprisingly affordable. Just visited your location on Highway 100. I have to say I spent $50 for a meal and drink. I was not impressed. The Patron margarita was ok. I don’t think they used Patron tequila. I spent $18 for a drink which tasted cheap. I ordered the carnitas meal which was over cooked and tough.
This is the second time I visited this location and felt I over spent for a meal.

Las Palmas is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Bellevue. The food is consistently delicious, and service is fast and friendly. Tacos are 1/2 price on Tuesdays, too! If you love shrimp, the shrimp fajita nachos are outstanding!

When staff focuses only on the oprah winfrey book club than guests with only less than 3 and you have to wait 10 minutes to get your order, that’s a problem. Possible reason this place is short staffed is perhaps most of them got ICED.

My wife has a serious case of Alpha Gal (mammal allergy. no beef or pork.) So we ordered the Chicken Chimichangas (yes we forgot it came with queso… not a big deal to scrape off). But the problem was that she found a glob of beef halfway through eating. When we called to get a refund, we were met with “no manager on duty. call back tomorrow.” From someone who’s worked a lifetime in the food industry, how do you honestly run a restaurant without a manager on duty? Especially when you’re out here poisoning people.

I cannot stress how great the food was, how wonderful the staff was. Come here if you’re from Texas or border states! It’s the most authentic Mexican Restaurant in Nashville (Bellevue area). Huge shout out to my Bartender Luther, the manager Gerado, and Diana! Squeeze the lime on the authentic guacamole!
