Deserves 10 stars! This is our favorite restaurant! They make THE most PERFECT food! Top quality. We love everything: In particular, their Cubano sandwiches – always hot, flavorful lean meats, crispy crunchy bread on the outside and soft inside. Also, the Spanish beans and their black beans are the BEST WE EVER TASTED! Perfectly spiced and flavorful always served hot. Their yuca fries are also the best – you get plenty of perfectly cut bundles of joy that are always crisp on the outside and creamy inside with the most amazing sauce on the side. Their empanadas are also wonderful – again always hot and crispy on the outside, lean flavorful meat on the inside.
The staff are also very nice, and the place is always clean. Easy parking too.
This place is really a 5.0 on Google. You have to ignore those stupid people who can’t read the sign that is clearly posted at the front door that no outside drinks are allowed inside. Just take your outside-drink back out to your car and quit leaving bad reviews for these wonderful hard-working people who deserve 5 stars.

Ordered the roasted 1/2 chicken off uber eats and made a note asking them if they were able to swap out the peas in the dish for grilled onions instead and they did! They also left me a cute note on the box which made my day. Food was great along with the friendly customer service. I will definitely order from here again!

Had a great experience here tonight for the first time. When we walked in it was very busy but we were still able to get seated right away. The staff is very friendly & immediately took our order. Our appetizer pork tostones came out 5 mins later and was nicely presented & tasted delicious. Our dinners followed after shortly about 10 mins later and were steaming hot and fresh. The portion was enough to fill us up completely. We then ordered cafe con leches to go and they were delicious as well. The owner was very nice to us and waved good bye and thanked us. Great experience! Would recommend and would come back.

My husband and I ordered takeout from this restaurant today, and unfortunately, we will not be returning. As Cubans who were born and raised in Cuba, we feel confident saying that the food we received cannot be considered authentic Cuban cuisine.
We ordered two beef empanadas, two steak sandwiches, and a chicharrón. The total was $60 plus tip, which is nearly double what similar meals typically cost in Tampa. Unfortunately, the quality did not match the price. The steak was not marinated and lacked the traditional Cuban seasoning and flavor. The beef empanadas were bland, and the chicharrón had no salt, making it completely flavorless.
We were honestly surprised by the high number of positive reviews, as our experience was extremely disappointing. Authentic Cuban food is rich, seasoned, and full of flavor — and sadly, this was not.

Born and raised in the Tampa area and as a Cuban American I completely recommend and endorse Las Palmas as authentic Cuban food. My wife and I travel from Carrollwood to Las Palmas which is quite a distance from us because we know that the experience is well worth the drive. Whether you eat a traditional meat or roast pork dish you will truly enjoy the flavors and attention to detail with the presentation. And as a treat you must try the best Flan and Tres Leches you can possibly find. Do yourself a favor and try Las Palmas it will not disappoint!

I always forget this place is here! Stopped in today for lunch, no wait, seated extremely quickly. Food came out right away, it was steaming hot, extremely fresh and the flavors!!!! AMAZING!

Reminded me of home Westchester. The food was simply amazing. I had the Vaca Frita best that I’ve had in the Tampa Bay area. Wife had the Milanesa de Res. The owner was so kind. I will be returning. It’s worth the 40 min trip from Lakeland. Oh the Cafecito was on point. Dalé nos vamos en la proxima.

Our first time eating here. Came with my parents to the premier outlet mall. We live in VA, and didn’t want to eat at a chain restaurant near the mall so I googled Latin food for a local place. So happy we chose to eat here. The food was truly delicious. I had the roasted chicken, my husband had a Cuban sandwich, my parents had fish. Everything was fresh, authentic, tasty. The restaurant has about 8-10 tables so it’s not a huge place but that was not a problem at all. While we there, there were may carry out orders being filled. Always a good sign. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend
