Best churrasco/skirt steak in NJ. Easily the best. You get the most for your buck. Small menu of drinks but they get the job done. Anything from the grill is recommended. These people know how to cook and I strongly recommend this establishment! 5-stars all the way.

We had a great time good food, strong drinks. The only downfall is that our waiter just had too many tables and was too busy. But the good food made up for it and the strong drinks, of course.

Decided to get lunch from this restaurant. The order was called in. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted. I ordered the garlic shrimp lunch special and chicken empanada. I paid then left. When I bit into the empanada, I noticed it was beef. I had to return it because I don’t eat red meat. They were nice about it and very apologetic. When I ate the chicken empanada, it was delicious! The garlic shrimp was also very good! All in all I had a pretty decent experience.

This was my first, and maybe last time visit. I believe this is a popular location for Latin cuisine. As you enter, you’re greeted by a display of rice, fried pork, yuca, plantains, etc. We were seated at the elevated area, where nothing of Cuban culture is displayed. We ordered the fried Calamari appetizer, and it arrived unusually fast. Unfortunately, I realized why since it was cold, bland, and soggy. I ordered a mojito, as they say, when in Rome, and it was just really soda with seltzer water with no liquor. The rice Moro was fine, the churrasco steak was fine but overcooked since I ordered it medium well. For a nearly $100 order for two people, it was overpriced, and not worth it. The name of the restaurant, like any other label, may have been better, or the only authentic Cuban restaurant in the neighborhood 20–30 years ago, but considering the food quality and decor, it should have not been a $100 order. Moreover, once a business relies only on its name and past success, rarely would they want to improve or adhere to critiques. I’ve added the pictures of all that was ordered between my girlfriend and I, and I ask you, would you pay this much for such a meal?!

Came here with a large group of my coworkers and some family. We came on a Friday night so it was SUPER packed, but we reserved a table so we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Our food took a little while to come out, but considering how full the place was, it wasn’t unexpected.

My boyfriend has ordered delivery from Las Palmas several times before, but when he suggested the fried snapper I was suspicious. Fried food classically does not travel well and is best enjoyed fresh, on the spot.

Good food, but today we had a birthday in the restaurant area with Mariachis and we told them and they said it was okay. And now that we were at the party they were complaining about the mariachis…

I only gave it one star was because of the poor judgment the (manager, Javier) made on my viste
