I decided to try a burrito bowl because I wanted to compare which place in Hampton is better: Las Olas or Burrito Loko
I ordered a burrito bowl and my husband got a burrito. He liked his burrito, but I didn’t enjoy mine at all. It was bland, the rice and beans were cold, and there was very little meat. I asked for cilantro and onions; where were they? They added such a tiny amount that you could barely taste it
I was expecting more, especially after reading so many good reviews but I disagree.
Burrito Loko is way better! The food there is hot, flavorful, and they serve generous portions, enough for two meals!

We had Las Olas cater our wedding and it was a huge hit. The food was amazing and delivery and set up was so smooth and easy. Highly recommend a taco bar for a wedding. They were extremely easy to work with and answered any and all questions we had.

Great portions here!
The ingredients in the burrito I had weren’t seasoned as heavily as a lot of other comparable places locally, which initially was a bummer, but proved to have some value as I continued eating.
The burrito felt much cleaner to eat, lighter and more healthy than some of the over-seasoned heavy/greasy burritos you can get elsewhere. Though it doesn’t start strong it’s much easier to eat an entire burrito without getting sick of it.
I think that at the end of the day I’d still rather a few added degrees of intensity to the flavor, but based on the portions I saw (the salads were massive), and the prices, I recommend it and will be back to try more.

Las Olas in Hampton, NH is an absolute gem for Mexican food lovers looking for authentic flavors and friendly service. Growing up in this town it was my favorite place to go as a kid with my friends from school. It was also my families go to place for take out on a weekend. As a frequent visitor, I can confidently say that this locally owned spot offers a fresh, vibrant menu that consistently impresses. The ingredients are clearly high-quality, and the dishes burst with bold flavors—much better than standard fast-food chains. I particularly love their burrito bowls, which are fresh, customizable, and generously portioned; one reviewer even said they’re “fresher than Chipotle but with the same great concept” (TripAdvisor). The staff is always welcoming and cheerful, making each visit enjoyable. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and freshness, and they offer vegetarian and vegan options. Overall, Las Olas stands out for its authenticity and community feel, truly representing local flavors. Whether you’re craving a quick lunch or a casual dinner, it’s a must-visit spot that keeps locals coming back. A favorite in Hampton for sure!

Delicious! I was happy to see so many vegetarian options. I had a yummy bean burrito with sweet potato and my husband had a burrito with a soy product made to taste like chorizo which he said was very tasty. One of our party has celiac and the person who prepared her order changed her gloves and was careful to make her meal free of gluten. Truly an excellent experience. The atmosphere is cheerful and homey – perfect for dining in. Highly recommend!

First time visiting. The food is great. Reminds me of San Diego CA. It’s fresh! Highly recommend if you’re from out of town and want a good bite to eat.
On a side note, made me wonder, how do I get my artwork on the walls!

I highly recommend.
I’d compare this with Boston’s anna’s taqueria chain as the best in new england.

Good food, kinda like Moe’s but the food tasted better in my opinion. Don’t get a ton of queso for the price, but other than that, we can’t complain about the price of the food too much. Highly recommend eating here if you’re in the area.
