I have been going to Las Olas (Exeter) for about 4-5 years now. The food options are amazing and accommodating to any needs you may have such as allergies or preferences. The service has always been somewhat great. I know employees come and go frequently, and there are a lot of college age people working at the restaurant, so I know the attitude and atmosphere changes often. However, recently, Ive noticed a more negative environment within the employees. Sometimes confusion turns into little snarky fights, or the old school blame-game. I noticed two girls specifically, I think one may have had ginger hair. She always had a sweet tone with customers, but I noticed the way the tone in her voice changed when she corrected or called out another employee, making me concerned for the other employees working, but also for the wellbeing of the business, as it was clear other customers could hear it. I noticed there were about 3-5 employees who looked on the younger side, maybe 15-16, who were often the ones being corrected frequently. Maybe the younger ones aren’t pulling their weight, or aren’t as mature, but I feel this may be unfair treatment towards younger people in the workplace. I know there are higher up managers, as I notice their presence often. But often I feel I don’t see them as much. I understand that food service is stressful and fast-paced, however, I think it’s best to work with a good attitude towards both coworkers and customers. Besides this concern, the food is great, and the atmosphere is amazing. There is always great music and everything is clean.

We had an incredible meal prepared for us by Las Olas for the Cushing Academy Girl’s hockey team. Every meal was delicious, correct and well packaged for the girls on the bus ride home. This is the only place to go for any teams visiting the Academy, High School, or in town for a tournament at the rinks. Voted meal of the year by our team! Thank you to the staff and owners for a great experience and we will be back.

Visited Las Olas Taqueria in Exeter, NH on Saturday 12/13/25 at 6:30 PM, and once again had a great experience. The front-of-house team truly works like a well-oiled machine. As the restaurant filled up with guests and online orders continued to roll in, they stayed organized, efficient, and upbeat. It’s clear they communicate well and support each other, which makes everything run smoothly. Great food paired with a great team—always a pleasure to visit.

Pretty decent Mexican inspired food. Plenty of seating inside on two sides of the building. They have everything you’d expect from burritos, tacos to quesadillas, and more.
It’s counter order, assembly line style. And the staff was very friendly and patient.
Clearly labeled vegetarian options

The food was okay. This is not a taqueria; Chipotle is better (they season they have seasoning). When we went, it was not crowded, but it didn’t feel very organized. The salsas were the best part. But I wouldn’t go back. This is my second time eating here, and it’s not memorable or better than what I can make at home. It might be a good option in the area but not for me.

Ok so I never leave reviews – but have never seen a bigger discrepancy between an awesome restaurant and stupidly low rating.
I come here twice a month at least – by far the best surf-food burrito in New Hampshire, maybe best burrito per dollar in the state. Spicy aioli, mombo sauces, pickled onions.. the ancho beef! Place is the bomb – other reviews are just plain wrong.

Manager Harry Hawkins hooked it up PHAT with his very own “Hawkins Special”: quesadilla, chicken, sweet potato (that’ll make your heart sing), and the veggie works. This concoction…I’d do some stupid, regretful things to eat this again. Luckily, I don’t have to: Las Olas is open seven days a week. I’ll be back—and I’ll be having the “Hawkins Special.”

It’s a Taqueria so keep that in mind. Great food, quickly put together during a busy lunch hour. I wished I lived closer.

ordered a beef burrito online on tuesday night around 630pm, picked it up, opened the tin foil it comes in and could tell it was just throw together fast as it wasn’t wrapped up tight like it usually is. got half way through eating it when i realized there was not a single piece of meat in the burrito….
i do usually LOVE eating here but to pay for a beef burrito and for there to be not a single piece of meat in said burrito really put me off…

If you haven’t been here, it’s kind of a burrito bar where you walk down the line and tell them what you want as they make your food. Food quality is good. Staff is friendly. Place is clean! It’s great for take out or eating right there.
