The chilaquiles divorciados were sooooo delicious! Half green and half red chilaquiles with choice of eggs. Perfectly spicy. The berry French toast so savory and the perfect amount of sweet you don’t even need the syrup provided. And the cafe de olla. Chefs kiss!! Our server Laura was sweet and funny. This place is a gem in hollister. Can’t wait to come back for more!

Loved it! My wife and I drove out to Hollister to just enjoy the day and to visit yet another charming town of Northern California. San Benito St has it all as far as food and drink. I deliberately chose Las Micheladas Bar and Grill because of the famous Sea food Platter Micheladas…WOW!!! AMAZING!!
As well as the Sinaloa Style sushi with Hot Chetos. Unreal but dam it was delicious!
My Wife and I will be back with our daughters who love Sushi.
PS we live on the peninsula, so yes, it’s worth the drive and if you live closer…lucky you!

Their Sushi is the best we’ve had in Northern California! El Torito and Hot Cheeto sushi are a must try! The Aqua de Pepino is to die for! The micheladas are made perfectly. David, the waitress staff, and bartenders are all friendly, always give great customer service, and never leave you waiting for refills, they always check on us! My daughter has a wheelchair and they ensure we have accessible seating! I’ve visited 3 times and we will be back! A must try if your in Hollister, their food is delicious!

Yum ! The hot Cheetoh roll is good, just wish it was real crab. The grilled shrimp platter is good, and our friend ordered the carne asade fries, amazing! I don’t eat red meat, but tried a couple of plain fries, they’re just divine!

Against my better judgment, I ordered sushi from a Mexican restaurant. I was so surprised to find out the Hot Cheeto roll was great. Next time I am going in for the tacos. Great service, too.
