Choriqueso is $7. Fajita is $15. I only had water to drink.
I was charged ~$27.42
Either I don’t know how to do simple addition or something was added to my bill without me knowing. I double checked the menu after getting home because I assumed I made a mistake.

Authentic Mexican restaurant in Athens! Delicious food with homemade tortillas. They have very large portions, so you will def have leftovers! Service is amazing too. Family owned restaurant. Highly recommend! I can’t wait to go back and try more food!

Service isn’t slow but a little quirky, they bring food as it’s done so there might be a few minutes delay before everyone’s food is on the table.

On a family trip to Chattanooga.. my 12 person group was quickly accommodated. There was one server on a lunch afternoon on a Tuesday. We stumbled upon this place after a Mayfield Ice Cream tour nearby.
We had plenty of appetizers and ordered a healthy sized lunch portions. The queso was great, the chips were not stale or anything else bad to report. There were fountain drinks and great fajitas.. tacos.. burritos.. and burrito bowls.
I am from Miami and it was just as good as anything I’ve had there. I can’t complain and for a group of 12 we paid $167.00… about $14 a person and that is much better than the $35 a person I would’ve paid in MIA.
Service was friendly and had a great time 🙂

Went to lunch with my family. Service was very friendly and accomodating. Everything we had was delicious! I ordered the steak burrito meal. The burrito was fully loaded with fresh ingredients and it came with a side of beans and rice. The portions were huge and I easily made 2 meals from this. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants an authentic Mexican experience. I will definitely come here next time I am in town.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for a while. My only regret is we waited so long before trying it! Definitely one of our new favorite spots. Portions are HUGE… My husband almost couldn’t finish his which is saying a lot lol. They had lengua tortas which I haven’t been able to find since moving from Newport. They were a little skimpy on the lengua (I can’t fault them it’s super expensive) but overall it was so dang good! We will be back.

Like home cooking!! It’s all good. Best Mexican in East Tennessee hands down. Sopes are hand made and packed to the top. Perfect. We drive to this one and pass by all the other restaurants to get here.
