This cute little restaurant looks is in a repurposed corner store/gas station. We stumbled upon it this morning and decided to give it a try. The food my party ordered was flavorful, for the most part. Nothing was bad but nothing was great either. The service was a bit mediocre as our sever would be absent for long periods of time, my coffee was empty for the majority of our time there. Overall, it was decent; we may be back but probably won’t go out of our way.

Picked up a botana for 1 to try it out. It was a greasy mess. Everything was salty and bland. Lady at the register was not welcoming at all, no hello, no thank you, no words. There was a pool of grease on the bottom of my plate. The best thing from my plate were the tortillas they tasted home made. Other than that its a big NO for me. Hard pass. 23 bucks for a botana for 1 was a bit high good thing im never going back. ✌️

If you are in the valley and you want home cooked meals and authentic corn tortillas hand made in house, this is the place. The food is delicious, and service has always been very good. Highly recommend you visit this place.

Great food and staff! The only thing that may be an issue for some is their small restrooms. That can be due to the fact that this place was a gasoline station before. Other than that, really liked this place! Their agua de Jamaica was really good as well as their chilaquilles. Someone from our table wanted a “patita” from their menudo so the waiter bought her one on a separate place! Lol Super cool!

Homemade tortillas every day. It gets busy at peak hours, so there is a wait.

Really enjoyed my dinner. Had the daily special of chicken cilantro with 2 entomatadas. The chicken breast could’ve been softer. The chicken in the entomatadas was very finely shredded. Beans and rice were good. Fresh flour tortillas and handmade maíz tortillas. The BEST part is that they have a very spicy chile de árbol sauce. Overall, pretty good.

The tea alone is already worth it. Parking and seating both can get a bit tight but it’s a nice hole in the wall atmosphere in there. Definitely recommend the beef soup and enchiladas.

We’ve been here for breakfast; it was good but the last time we went I ordered fajita & scrambled eggs and the fajita was already spoiled. I told them and they were going to make me another plate but I was half way eating, meaning i had eaten the refried beans and eggs so i really didnt want another plate. After that I was still charged for a full plate. Me & my fiance said never again. I normally try to give a second chance so we just ordered a botana plate for 4 and boy did they let me down. It didnt look like a botana for 4. It was for maybe a 3. Also instead of giving us refried beans with the rice on the side they gave us 2 servings or rice and I believe the charro beans was a sub for it. Hell, I thought the charro beans come with it as well. Oh and the avocado was turning black.
