There are several food trucks at this location. We tried something from all of them and every truck was amazing. las Mama’s was our original go too. Everything we had was amazing… sandwiches and plates. Rice was a little dry but still good. Our favorite was the Thai truck, I believe the name was Candela. The basil fried rice was absolutely awesome. Had some of the Thai flavor with a smoky grilled flair that I didn’t realize would add so much to the dish. We also very much enjoyed their pad thai, coconut shrimp, and spring rolls. All the kids had burgers from the burger truck, I do not remember the name. They have a little play area for the kids and a couple very large tents to eat under. We were in the area for 6 days and we probably stopped here at least 3-4 of those for either lunch or dinner. Highly recommend! Only thing lacking was adequate bathrooms.
