The hibachi chicken and shrimp combo was amazing — both cooked perfectly and full of flavor.

My first time eating here today. The Chicken Nachos were good. I think the young lady forgot that I said NO TOMATOES I agree that a bilingual person needs to be there because I think I was over charged for the two chocolates at the counter. And I was shocked that they didn’t take credit cards…I had to pay for my meal through Zelle….I didn’t mind. It’s hard to find good Mexican food in this area. I will be back because the food and service were awesome.

I’m moving into this area soon. I moved here from southern California almost 2 years ago and had been on the lookout for authentic Mexican food. This place is legit. You can buy other Mexican items here like sweet bread and meat as well as Mexican candy.
I ordered a carne asada burrito and two carne asada tacos… I think the burritos are a bit overpriced at about $2 each. I’m used to paying a dollar at any corner in Los Angeles but oh well. Service was fast. I think I had my food in front of me within about 5 minutes of ordering! I came on in Sunday right around noon It was roughly three or four groups of people already dining in.

Even though I cannot speak Spanish and most of them doEven though I cannot speak Spanish and most of them do they do you have someone on site that can speak English the food is very very good I tried the cow tongue tacos I’ve never tried those before my life but I’ve absolutely been thinking about them since I got them and I’m going back today to get some really really good I say 10 out of 10 food is genuine and authentic they give you these homemade sauces that are really good and the little market that’s inside of the restaurant is really cool

After reading several reviews i had to try the food. Tacos cost more here than at similar latin stores but they are delicious. Will eat here again. Nothing like a double tortilla taco with loads of fresh onion and cilantro and lime juice and steak or pork.

We drove all the way to grab a few items before they closed at 9 pm as the website states. Other customers were driving up as well. The store was closed. We as your loyal customers as that you please update your website and door of actual store hours of operation. Thanks for the vent.

If you believe onions and cilantro are the proper way to top a taco, then this is your place. I ordered three tacos, one asada, one carnitas, and one chorizo. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The variety and flavor/heat of the salsas were a perfect compliment to the meal. I explored the market after eating and picked up a few things that were new to me. The variety found in this store was far beyond what I would expect. The people were friendly and helpful, and I was treated like a friend who had dropped in rather than a customer passing through. The entire experience was positively authentic, and I’ll be sure to stop in again when passing through.

Being originally from Los Angeles and growing up with authentic Mexican food, it has been hit and miss finding good places in the South. This place was a hit though. The food was great and we enjoyed being able to walk around the store as we waited.

Las lupitas is amazing and they have some of the best food I’ve ever had, they also sell a lot of traditional food items, ect. That are hard to find at normal grocery stores. I would really recommend them if you want to have authentic Latin foods.
