The crab legs were amazing. Fish was good. Drinks were big. Service was spotty. Music was slap-you-in-the-face loud. Temperature was freezing.

This place was good. From the environment down to the food. I had a blast . The only reason I give the atmosphere a 3 is because it is loud in here . Bring ear plugs . And another thing , the need to lower the volume on sound and turn up the microphone cause I couldn’t hear a word either singer was saying just beat . Either than that very good place definitely returning .

The food was good, the drinks not good at all. They ran out of the mango margaritas and apparently they ran out of tequila too because it was just a slushy. Service is also not good, we had to constantly flag down the waitress in order to get service. Eventhough I liked the food I will not be back based on the service and bad drinks.

The service is subpar, had to wait over 10 min to get the check and then another 10 min to get my card back. The food is okay. Not worth the high price, and majority of food items here are 15 and over so if you’re in a group get ready to spend over $100 easy. 3 of us with 3 plates, 2 drinks came out to 80. Recommend going elsewhere, but if you want to burn money for OKAY seafood, be my guest.

I know there are bad experiences for everyone, I work in customer service.
THAT BEING SAID:
Waiting to be seated for 10 minutes while standing, and then being told the entire party needs to be present because of COVID. Understandable, but it was not busy enough for us to be lined up into the parking lot for 10 minutes to be told so.
$18 for Fettuccine Pasta cooked with SOUR CREAM instead of Alfredo. And then saying the menu doesn’t specify what kind of sauce is cooked with the Fettuccine Pasta. 2 plates of that puts us $36 down for nothing. Plates go unfinished.
Served the Fajitas Especiales with only TWO flour tortillas. That’s so cheap, because I feel weird asking for 1 more tortilla.
The one star is deserving to the sea food, which was very good.
The price is worth it for the seafood, everything else is a joke.
Oh and the seating next to the speaker eliminates any discussions at the table. The music is great, just too loud. They only have one speaker in one location, so they have to blast it so everyone else can hear it at a regular volume.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! love the food , however, today was disappointing! Chef kissing waitress in front of customers…..HIGHLY not acceptable!!!!! Staff needs to be reprimanded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not happy with the staff!!! Will be calling tomorrow to report this matter!!!!
