I I found this to be a charming little place. I’m reviewing in a simple off-hours visit where I ordered an alacart carne asada taco to go. I was warmly welcomed by the hostess and invited to sit to look over the menu, as I explained I was just walking by and wanted to get a feel for the menu to plan a future visit. They were gracious to happily prepart my tiny order. The food was hot and delicious and not sure… but think the corn tortillas were homemade. I’ll be making another visit to try dinner sometime…

A good place for food and music, if you play live you have to let the staff know. The seafood served is well cooked and seasoned just enough to taste like magic. My suggestion is to leave any of your troubles at the door, this place doesn’t need them.

Like I said in my yelp review if you guys want fake crab go to this place! I got a molcajete which is 35$! Filled with so much fermented crab they forgot my mussels plus in the photo of their menu it looked so good w shrimp and scallops barley any couldn’t even see the fish of how much fermented crab they had in my bowl and honestly I’m feeling very sick right now so if you guys want to get sick and get ur money stolen go to this place!

I ordered shrimp tacos but received chicken instead. The tacos were burnt and dry, and the chicken was hard and dry. The mild sauce was spicier than I was told it would be. I find it frustrating when Mexican restaurants say their mild sauce isn’t spicy, especially since not everyone can handle spicy food. It’s really annoying!

The food was good. But our bill amount did not match the menu prices. Our bill should’ve been around $75, and somehow it was $100. We won’t be going back. And on top of that, we didn’t receive good service

The food and service were excellent. The margaritas were fantastic. It was expensive, but I expect that for seafood. I will be going back, for sure. The surroundings were a bit dated and shabby. It felt a bit dirty and the salt/pepper/etc were all sticky. It looked like they were working on new decor while we were there, so maybe that will improve in the future.
