11/10. I haven’t had anything here I didn’t like. I hate to admit this but when I first found this place, I had it three days in a row. But that’s very easy to do when you can have a burrito one day and spicy chicken teriyaki the next. The spam masubi’s are a must every time I’m here. Also, do yourself a favor and try the sidewinder fries. I never would have expected them to be as crispy and delicious as they are. Oh! And the alambre. Don’t sleep on that either!

My boyfriend and I have been searching for a good taco place on the east side ever since we moved out here (past 3 years). I’m so glad we finally found a great place to get tacos from. The horchata is AMAZING. Not that watered down powder stuff I’ve been getting at these other places. The salsas are so full of flavor too. We originally ordered two tacos but immediately went back and ordered more. Definitely coming back for our next craving.

Was delicious! Got the quesabirria tacos and they were awesome. They also have Japanese food and I think next time I’ll try the birria ramen! Will definitely be back

Hands down one of the best food trucks I’ve ever been to. The quesadilla cochinitas pibil is amazing. I’ve had the same thing at taco trucks in Austin and Pilsen restaurants in Chicago, and none of them are as good as this. Best horchata you’re going to find as well. Luis and everyone in the truck are so nice! Please help spread the word of how amazing Las Garnachas is!!

We come to this food truck every few weeks. Love the birria. The cochinita pibil is also really good. Can’t go wrong with any of the options here. Also good value.

First visit I got a burrito and asked for no onions since I’m allergic. Got home with it to find it was absolutely packed with onions. Gee, thanks. Second visit I ordered from the other half of the menu and got chicken katsu. The sauce was good, but the chicken was way overcooked and dried out. I don’t think I’ll go back a third time.

I haven’t tried the non Mexican but the tacos and quesadillas are unreal, especially the birria. I’ve only found 2-3 places in WA with birria and this is the only one it’s decent at.

I’ve picked up food from here several dozen times, and have nothing but good memories of every birria and alambre taco I’ve ever had. Good horchata too.

Best food in Juanita by a long shot. Miles ahead of most of the Mexican food in Washington as well. Spicy chicken teriyaki is my favorite from the Japanese menu, and either an Al Pastor burrito or Birria Quesotacos from the Mexican menu.
