Would have given it 5 stars. The only thing was the waiter. He must have had an off day. I spilled a drop of salsa on the menu, and before I could clean it up, he pointed to it and told me to clean it. Thanks, mom!

Great service and amazing food. 100% best Mexican food for miles around!! Definitely going to be coming back often. The server was very nice and attentive. Checked on us often and made sure our drinks were always full. The atmosphere is really pleasant and beautiful.

What a great stop while traveling!!! Seriously good Mexican food served with authentic salsa- a charming (masked) server, and a bright happy atmosphere. We had the spinach and mushroom quesadillas a d the veggie enchiladas and they were delicious. These two Texans were delighted. The ice tea was fresh, we appreciated the fresh brewed taste. I Highly recommend Las Fuentes (The Fountains) when you get your next “gotta have Mexican food” craving!!

The service was fantastic and the food was impeccable! I would definitely be a regular if I lived here. I had the fajitas with chicken, steak, and shrimp as well as queso.

We went at lunch time and it wasn’t very busy. Probably because it was a Sunday the service was a little slow. But let me tell you the food makes up for it. Well priced and portioned at lunch time this place more than made up for its odd location on the side of the mall. It’s definitely a place I would come back for if I was in the area.

I can’t believe that I’ve know about this restaurant for over 3 years before I finally went! IMHO this is the best Mexican restaurant in Meridian. The Chili Colorado was very good. Our server was very nice and attentive considering we had a table of 8 people. It was hot in the restaurant, but the restaurant is open to the mall on one side and it was late July, so it’s probably not the restaurant’s fault. Overall, it was a great experience for a coworkers birthday.

A nice lady assisted me with picking up my order. Once I got back to my hotel room, I realized they messed my order up. The steak meat on my tacos was so dry! Ugh! But the fried ice cream was delicious!! The inside of the restaurant is colorful and festive!

Stopped by while traveling through. Great service. Good food. Typical Tex Mex. I didn’t order a drink but there was plenty to choose from. My 57b came out hot and tasty. Chicken had great flavor. Shrimp were teeny tiny but that’s to be expected. Would come again.
