I had heard from multiple people in various places in TN that I need to go to the Mexican restaurant in Eaglesville. There’s only one, you can’t miss it.
Finally made my way there and it di d not disappoint.
Plenty of seating though it was pretty busy. The salsa was delicious with the on the house tortilla chips appetizer.
The waitress was very nice and food came out so fast I was shocked. The Taco Piasa were recommended and I got the chicken, pastor and steak tacos. They were delicious!
I also got my go-to dish, Chicken Chimichanga. Boy oh boy!!! I think I may have found my new favorite spot.
And…they have delicious Horchata.
Oh! If you like beer… It comes in a GIANT 32oz glass mug as big as my head!! Nice!
I will be back for sure.

Food was delicious, though a little salty! The chips were light and crispy and the salsa was awesome. Large portions. Another guest at my table got fried ice cream and it was giant! Service was quick and attentive. My only “complaint” is that it was really loud inside, but it was a Saturday evening and the next table was celebrating a birthday so it’s really more of an observation than a complaint! Also had a small meeting here between lunch and dinner times and they were great about letting us use the table.
***Back again and everything still great!

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant by far.
It can be very busy, and the short wait is always worth it. Everybody in here is super friendly. Shout out to Manny.. I see him working so hard every time we are there and he always has a smile for our family.
No way jose tacos are my go to… so good! Go with the lingua! You won’t be disappointed

Drove here from Murfreesboro. Food was great and fast. Service was good and the atmosphere has the standard tex-mex feel found in other Mexican restaurants around middle tennessee. I would eat here again.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for quite some time. After a nice drive on my day off, I decided it was time to finally check them out. Mexican food in Tennessee is hit or miss, with most being the latter. I visited on a weekend for a late lunch/early dinner and the timing was perfect because there wasn’t a wait and the crowds began arriving as I was leaving. There was ample parking right up front and the ambiance inside was pleasant. I always like seeing Mexicans working at Mexican food restaurants because to me, that means the food is most likely going to be authentic and it was! I ordered a 3-item combo meal. At a lot of restaurants, I opt for shredded beef instead of ground beef because I don’t like the taste of many restaurants’ ground beef. I decided to order just as it was described on the menu and boy, was it delicious! The cooks at Las Fiestas know what they’re doing! I ordered 2 Enchiladas and a Tamale. Everything tasted amazing! Their beef is seasoned perfectly, the margarita was tasty, with just the right amount of alcohol, and I really liked their salsa. This restaurant rivals my favorite Mexican restaurant in Columbia, which shall remain nameless, and it’s actually even a little better, which is saying a lot! I would come here more often if it was closer. The pricing is inexpensive and the service is great! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Las Fiestas is a colorful Mexican restaurant in the little town of Eagleville. The menu is much like most other Mexican restaurants I’ve been too. The staff was very friendly and quick to seat and serve me. The food was good as well. The refried beans were a bit different from what I’m used to but they were still good. Their color and taste were different. I ordered the Speedy Gonzalez which they got to me very quickly. The sauce on the enchilada was dark and had a hint of smokiness to it which was interesting. My favorite thing of this restaurant however was the colorful walls. It is beautifully painted inside. If you’re traveling through Eagleville sometime you should give it a try.

The food was decent. The cheese sauce was runny and lumpy. The “fried ice cream” was just a scoop of vanilla ice cream rolled in stale corn flakes. The fajitas were pretty good, and my partner loved his meal. The chips were my favorite thing of the meal. They did give us large portions, so you won’t leave hungry.

After one visit, best Mexican I’ve been to in the area. Restaurant was nice, the gold margarita was perfect- strong but not too much- and the nachos I had were fantastic. Will definitely be back and will head south for Las Fiestas instead of northwest for Franklin.

Sister store doesn’t disappoint- both restaurants serve some of the best Mexican food in the area. Truly authentic!!
Each location has been recently renovated with beautifullly handpainted murals throughout the dining areas. You’ll feel as if you’re visiting a local Casita somewhere in Mexico!
All the servers and staff are super attentive to your every need and strive to provide you the best dining experience. Take your tastebuds on a trip to Mexico and enjoy Las Fiestas!!

Great place. An Eagleville staple. Love the renovations. Looks great. We have eaten here many many times and always enjoy the food. We took a large group here on Cinco de Mayo. They were super busy but everything still turned out great. I’m sure I’ll be back.
