If I own the restaurant, I would make the waiters have some energy when they’re serving the customers they never get the orders right I haven’t been there for a long time so but I decided we would go today. Maybe it would be different. They get my order wrong there’s no energy so the food taste like they serve it with no energy no flavor. They could have a really nice place. If they would just pick up the pace have a little more ump And what they do. They’re so low-key when they talk to you. It’s almost like they think you’re going to bite them. They could have some really good food if they just prepare it with a little bit more love. There was nobody there eating except us and they still got the order wrong. when they first opened, I really enjoyed their food. It’s like I have no energy to serve you no energy to make the food. It’s like they don’t know how to be ready for each person that’s coming in to serve. It’s so dull you go out for a day or an evening to enjoy yourself and you think the people in the restaurant will be happy and happy and ready to go but not here. If I could go in for a day and show them how to run the restaurant and it would actually listen I would do it. Have been in customer service for a long time. We shouldn’t feel welcomed and ready to heat up some good food like I said it could be good food if they just put some love into it and some spice. Oh well, that’s me. Probably won’t go back for a long time again it’s probably been almost 8 months since we went the last time.

The food was okay, but there was a problem with our order. I tried to explain it to the waitress but she didn’t speak English. Then, they took my diet coke to refill it and never brought anything back. We also had to wait a lifetime for our check. I went to the front to ask for it, but no one came out for like 10 minutes.

The El burro Loco was fantastic. It was big enough for 2 meals.
The Colorado chili was absolutely awesome. Best I have ever had.
And if you’re in the mood for cheese The cheese enchiladas are fantastic.

I have eaten here many times and the food has always been good. The service is usually good with my only complaint the don’t ask about refill on my drinks. My favorite dish is the chorizo fundido and the queso birra. It is my go to place to eat when I don’t want to cook.

Ordered our food called two times to make sure the order was correct, the name of the meal you order is not even the right picture with the meal. They still for got stuff in our order an I feel was way way over priced. An I tipped well, just to get let down. Maybe in the future things will be better, but im frustrated. Spent $100 an it not what inor my kid was expecting from what the pictures next to the meat were supposed to be. An to still forget things in our order.

This is a great restaurant in Nyssa, Oregon. They’ve only been open here for a couple of years but seem to be going strong. If you’re in the area, stop in and try them out, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I ordered the Molcajete. It wasn’t to bad it came in a cauldron dish with shrimp, a huge shrimp, steak, pork, a nopal, rice, beans, and guacamole & sour cream. It was good and a fun experience. Also, they have a bar in the back, music, and a pool table.

Nice little authentic Mexican restaurant on Main St. Tacos were packed and the refried beans were excellent. Very impressed by the frosted mugs, not many places do that anymore. Definitely my new lunch joint while in Nyssa!
