I had an incredible dining experience at Las Colinas! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with friendly staff and excellent music. But the real star was the food, oh my goodness! My boyfriend ordered the Al Pastor tacos and they were cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, flavorful, and juicy, served with fresh cilantro, onion, and pineapple with warm tortillas, it was just! and I got the Birria tacos, that I don’t even have the words to explain how good they were, just look this picture that I took. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. I also appreciated the wide variety of the menu.
What truly impressed me was the exceptional service. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. And a huge shoutout to the manager, who was on top of everything, ensuring we had a fantastic experience. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate our requests really made a difference. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their delicious dishes!

Another good Mexican restaurant in a very crowded field. Five of us went for a late lunch this week. We had the usual burr and Fajitas. Food was good, but nothing outstanding. Service was excellent and the margaritas very reasonably priced. Parking can be a challenge on Main Street. Half our party disappeared to find parking off the main drag.

The food had a good flavor, the restaurant had sort of an intimate atmosphere, and the live music was a nice touch. Our waiter was nice and polite but when the kitchen got busy it was sometimes hard to find him.

Las Colinas has had a glow up within the last year and it looks beautiful! I love the bright colors and fun instagram-able walls! The menu has changed as well, with both traditional and unique dishes. Our server/bartender, Veve, was top notch and it not for everything else, would just go back for her because she was incredibly hospitable and welcoming! Her spicy margaritas were amazing and she did not skimp on the spice, which is exactly what I asked for. This time around, we just got the salsa and chips, plus 3 steak street tacos, these did not disappoint and will definitely be back again soon to try out more of the new menu!

Me and my wife chose to eat at Las Colinas for lunch. We have never eaten here as we were looking for something close by and new to us. Placing the order over the phone went smoothly, also picking up the food and communicating with the employees that worked there, they were very well mannered. Unfortunately this pleasant experience took a turn when we got back home and started to enjoy our food. My wife pulls a long hair out of her chimichanga, then it ended up breaking, so we opened up the chimichanga and there was a big black piece of curly hair underneath all the toppings. We immediately took a video and called the place back to request them to remake the food. They understood us completely and handled the situation with much professionalism. They even took the video and showed it to the kitchen staff to show how unacceptable this was. We do very much appreciate the service but we will definitely not be coming back to this establishment again. (They did not give any complimentary items for this inconvenience)

The food was not what was ordered. We ordered a medium burger got a raw burger. It was terrible.
If there is a different scale of how burgers need to be ordered then that should be indicated on the menu so there is no confusion!

I like to go here for fun decor and authentic food. Unfortunately, this last trip was a little disappointing, with thin margaritas and bland refried beans. The chips and salsa were very good. My friends enjoyed their street tacos and chimichanga.
