The bathroom were not the cleanest. I think they can do better.
I got the jumbo (meat, rice, refried beans, lettuce, cheese, guac, sour cream, and salsa) with perfectly made al pastor. It’s HUGE, loaded, and I can’t wait to go back!
The real star of the night though? Our waitress, Rico. She’s the kind of server who makes you feel like she’s been expecting you all week. She suggested a red wine pairing that turned out to be so perfect, I briefly considered nominating her for a James Beard Award on the spot.
The food? Flavor-packed and generous. The service? Quick, friendly, and genuinely fun. Rico even managed to make us laugh while topping off our drinks, which is no small feat when you’re halfway hypnotized by a skillet of sizzling fajitas.
If you’re in the area, go. Order the fajitas. Ask for Rico. And prepare to leave very full, very happy, and maybe just a little bit spoiled for other Mexican restaurants.
