Absolutely delicious. I only wish I’d found this place sooner. The huancaina was creamy and spicy and perfect. The arroz con pollo was well seasoned and I couldn’t put it down. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

Great experience! Ordered online and the food was made fast! Never had a Peruvian burger before and let me tell you, ITS DELICIOUS . The yucca fries were perfect. The lady that brought me my food was nice. What more do you want lol Many thanks highly recommend

It’s our first time dining in a Peruvian restaurant. Las Caverns serves food quite fast. I ordered Arroz Con Mariscos (Rice with shrimp, calamari, scallops, peas, parmesan cheese, salsa criolla) and hubby ordered Steak a lo Pobre (12oz. steak with plantains, rice, fried egg & fries). Everything was delicious except my food was a bit too salty.
This seems to be more like a fast food restaurant with only one person taking care of everything. You have to go to the counter to pay your bill after you are done.

We stopped in while passing through town. What a lucky find. The service was wonderful and the food was amazing!! I highly recommend the Pork Chop! My husband loved his half chicken! Everything was perfectly cooked and wonderful flavor

We came here from out of town town to visit the mountains and my husband found this amazing restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious with a great attention to detail you can definitely tell it’s authentic and I just love how everything was fresh baby girl got mac & cheese, which was perfect. She loved it and my other daughter got the wing appetizer as her meal will definitely recommend, if you like a good savory meal and don’t wanna break the bank, come here Top tier ….. we got the half chicken (dipping sauces we’re delicious)

The food is excellente!!! From the moment you walk in the door, you’ll be greeted by warm, smiles, and delicious smells of the roasting chicken… Dora took our order and treated us like family. The chicken was great with the largest choice of side accompaniment… But wait! The ceviche is excellent, fresh, a large portion and very reasonably priced for what you’re getting!! an important to say we KNOW Latin American cuisine! The atmosphere is basic, clean and welcoming, bright colors, and posters, and artwork from Peru. You will not be disappointed!

Went to have dinner here with my mother. It was phenomenal! The service was great, and the waiter was always attentive. The food had great flavor, and the chicken was perfectly done with the two sides we ordered! For the sides, we had the fried Yuca and ceaser salad. Ordered the civeche for appetizer, which has great flavor and spice since we did order the spicy one. Overall, it was a great place and good food!

Oh man, it takes a lot for me to come out a give any business a bad review . I knew that from the moment I called this place to order a pick up order, Some rude lady answers the phone & I was appalled on how rude she was talking to a “customer”. She even had the nerve telling me to “hurry up” with my order because she was “very busy” as I was just looking at menu to complete my order for my last side. (2 Whole Chickens, 4 sides, 4 can sodas).
I contemplated giving them a chance after that phone call, she did not even ask for my name, told me how long it would be ready or told me my total.
I saw another place in Winchester as well, but I decided to go with this place since it was closer to me.
Absolutely worst mistake, for the amount that they charged, the sides were not portioned correctly. & the food was absolutely the worst Ive had.
If anyone out there took the time to ready my review, please take the extra time to go to the place in Winchester because this place will 100% disappoint.
Never going back, would not recommend. 0 stars if I could.

Great Peruvian style chicken. I haven’t had it in a long time and it’s exactly the flavors I wanted it to be. The chicken was moist and came with the customary sauces. I got a side salad and yucca fries. The fries were cooked perfectly. The only disappointment was that they don’t serve beer anymore. But that wouldn’t stop me from coming back again. Visit this place.
