I stopped by here for a quick lunch! Never been here but the truck caught my eye so I flipped a U turn!!! Man was I happy I did! I love it and I go to a lot of places all over the nation!! Very good food and I must say they have some of the best Consome I have had!! Thank you!! You will see my Red Titan rigged out pulling up A LOT!!

Best street tacos we’ve had in a while. Super soft and flavorful tortillas. Tender meat, great flavors. Al pastor and carne asada were the highlights. Don’t sleep on this place.

Visited this truck at New Belgium and had the Tortas Ahogadas. Some of the best pork carnitas I’ve had. Tender and juicy with the perfect amount of crisp. The crispy potato tacos are delicious! The owner, Erica, is a very kind lady.

Had Las Catrinas booked for my wedding. They took us off of their calendar with zero notice citing not receiving our deposit as the reason, even though we had emailed them confirming that a check was sent in the mail and they replied back saying we were on their calendar and they were looking forward to it. When bringing this up, they said they never received the check and it was our responsibility to ensure that the deposit made it to them, which is absurd as there is no way we can track a mailed check and the check was never going to be cashed anyways (it was just a showing of good faith and we would pay in full after the wedding). Even if the check never made it to them, some notice that they were taking us off the calendar would have been nice. Had we not called ahead and checked, they would have no-showed the wedding with us having no idea and the evening would have been ruined
So we just had to scramble last minute to book another food truck with only two weeks notice.
I’m sure their food is good, but would not recommend them for a private event due to this unprofessional behavior. I’m not one to complain – this is the first Google review I’ve ever left that hasn’t been 5 stars – but this is the most unprofessional move I’ve ever seen someone pull.

I saw the Las Catrinas Food Truck lightly hit a semi on Mulberry (East bound) around 8:10 pm on July 11 and then sped away and made a left turn on Link when the semi driver horned to try to get the driver’s attention. That’s not very good business for you when it comes to accountability.

If your truck can not go over 40mph. It does not belong on a road where the speed limit is 65. You impeded traffic for 11 miles.

Ordered burritos. Came with barely any meat and were very disproportionate (mushy beans on one end, dry rice on the other)
