We are a Mexican Food Truck and Catering located in the Prairie Pavilion Food Truck Court in Coeur’ d Alene Idaho and now at the Post Falls Pavilion. Open Tuesday – Friday from 10:30 – 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 – 7:00, and Sunday 9:00 – 2:00. Online orders can be placed at website or feel free to call ahead to place an order and we will have it ready for you. Come taste the difference.

Stopped in and found 10 food trucks. All looked amazing. So I rolled up to Las Brasas. Decided to try their Thursday deal. Pic included minus the 2 tacos I already ate. This taste test cost my wallet roughly $13 after taxes.
It came popping hot and smelling epically delicious. It took about 5 minutes and I was happy to see that that made everything to order.
The brasas tasted so good and filled my belly with happiness. This is definitely a spot to hit up repeatedly.

They took our order quick (5 tacos and birria) we were probably fourth in line. We ended up waiting for our food for half an hour. It’s definitely a much longer wait than anticipated. The sign that warns you it might take a minute isn’t lying.

Las Brasas catered our 4H End of the Season Party. The food was excellent, the communication with Jim was excellent, and when we asked if we could add extra food as our RSVP’s had gone over what we originally thought we were to expect, the additional service was stress free. Love taco Tuesdays at Las Brasas! Seriously great tacos with three different meat selections at only $1.25 a taco. I always get the carnitas on my tacos, but the chicken and beef are good too. My husband loves their creamy chipotle sauce. They’re also so friendly and we’ve always gotten our food pretty quickly. I just wish they had a location in Post Falls, but then I would spend to much money on tacos so it all works out.

My boyfriend and I went here today for a late lunch. 10/10 recommended! We ordered food and then ended up going back for a sweet treat and got churros, HEAVENLY! Was enjoying the fish tacos until I found a hair. I know it wasn’t mine because it was cooked into the breading of the fish. Just make sure you check your food even though you shouldn’t have to.
