The food was Ahmazing!! I had the Tropical Shrimp. Lots of shrimp, rice with fried plantains in a sweet sauce. The tres leches was the best I’ve ever tasted. I highly recommend this place in downtown Brenham, TX

I would have to rate this restaurant with five stars for the entire experience.
They offer beautiful indoor and outdoor dining with all the amenities of the traditional Latin dining, including the family friendly atmosphere.
The food is authentic and delicious, but you will be disappointed if you are looking for another Mexican food restaurant to eat at.

We came here tonight for our wedding dinner after getting married a few hours earlier. It was a cold and rainy evening, so it was nice to sit down somewhere warm and eat some zippy food. We had the fried trio for an appetizer and then for entrees, I had the bistek and she had the street tacos, with tres leches to share for dessert. It was a lovely meal with a lovely woman. We’ll be back next time we’re in Brenham.

Very good food. We had the empanadas were so delicious! The crab cakes were tasty too. The waffle had a great flavor and the mimosas were amazing. The restaurant is very charming and the atmosphere was inviting. Great customer service, very attentive.

Service was decent with friendly enough staff. It’s a basic Latin restaurant. It wasn’t busy when we showed up and wasn’t busy when we left. Food was okay. I got the papusas and an alcohol drink that was an specialty and my bf got the bisteak encebellado. Bisteak was good but was sweet and tasted like it was cooked with A-1 steak sauce. I got the poblano soup and it was the best thing we got but I couldn’t eat much because it was so spicy. My bf loved it though and ate that more than his actual meal. The papusas were good but I have had better. We basically just shared each others meals to make it work. The drink was good but passable. Pricey for the food we got.

Started out with the Poblano soup which was delicious. The soup had the right amount of spice and was mixed with chicken. For the entree I had the pork ribeye which was grilled perfectly and sauté with onions and a garlic sauce which really enhanced the flavor.

Absolutely amazing food! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great mix of all sorts of Latin quisine. I would go out of my way to head back and try more. The sea bass, although a bit heavy on the butter is a must! The sampler entree is a good choice as well. Well done y’all!

Laid back and friendly. Really loved eating and relaxing hear. Server made some great suggestions and was super friendly and hard working. No liquor but the wine and beer selection was nice. Certainly recommend this place. Outside seating was really enjoyable.

Disappointed. I ordered the Churrasco Argentino, with the steak cooked to medium. The steak came out well done, and not particularly well seasoned. It was very peppery and the chimichurri sauce looked really dried out. When the waiter came over after we received our plates, he asked if everything was OK. I pointed out that the steak was well done when I had ordered it medium, and he acted like he didn’t know what to do. He did apologize, but he didn’t offer to remake it. The empanadas were very good. The check came and there was no offer to comp the meal that was made incorrectly.

Wow, this was such a fantastic dinner! I wish I was back there now. First off, the weather was fantastic. When are their blue skies and in the upper 70’s in the spring? Ok, for maybe two days and we hit it. As a result, we sat outside and had a wonderful time.
Started off with a wine cocktail. They only a beer & wine license so I went with the flow. It was kind of tasty in an old school Wine Cooler kind of way. Later I had the Mimosa flight and wished I had started there. Again, brought me back to the Bartles & James period of my life (if you don’t know what that is – it was a fad in the last century and shows how old I am).
We opened things with the Empanadas Cubanas. They were perfectly cooked & flavored. The only mistake was on my side when I added the habanero salsa to it. Avoid the orange one unless you like things nuclear hot. I only enjoy things up to the temperature of the surface of the sun.
I had the Chilean Sea Bass and it was extremely good. A pleasant surprise and enjoyed the entire thing. It came with a couple of perfectly grilled shrimp and rice. Definitely recommend this.
My dinner partner had the Polo Encebollado and the sauce on that was absolutely spectacular. I think I would have lost some fingers if I tried more than the scant sample I started with.
Waitress was excellent, the day was nice, the cook was superb. I definitely recommend this restaurant and hope you have a great meal if you go.
