I have to force myself NOT to eat there everyday. Talpia tacos are my go to. Super style. Yum.

Its right by our place, the staff is friendly and fast and the food is almost always good. One time my daughter mentioned the steak being very fatty in her tacos and the flavor wasnt theres as it always is. Everyone has their bad day though. So far good outweighs the bad. Its one of our favorites here in this area

Can’t go wrong with this affordable and cozy Mexican restaurant.
Food:
Really great tacos! I got both the steak and chicken tripe tacos. Good flavor and super affordable ($12). Hit the spot across the board. Better than a ridiculous $20 plate of tacos at Botanas or similar. Affordable drinks and margaritas. Damn good horchata.
Service:
Sweet server that was attentive and personable. Appreciated!
Atmosphere:
Cozy spot with a bar. An open dining room. A side room that could be good for a birthday party or other celebration with a large group.
Parking is also super easy. There’s a big free lot right in front.
I’ll definitely be visiting again!

We had an excellent experience dining at Las 7 Estrellas on May 18, 2023. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the servers were attentive.
We got the mushroom quesadilla and the huarache with steak, and both were tremendous! The serving sizes were good, the homemade tortillas were good, and the complimentary chips and salsa was also really good. The chips in particular had a nice seasoning.
Overall I definitely would recommend this place!

So much flavor in every bite. The chimichanga was perfect and the steak was well seasoned but the star was the rice and beans just exploding with flavor! The salsa with the chips tasted fresh. The prices were great with huge portions.

You can’t go wrong here, this is seriously a hidden gem of a restaurant. Just about the best burrito I have had in Milwaukee and rice and beans are perfect. Super friendly service.

I love trying tortas at different locations, and this one by far is the most basic torta al pastor. The meat wasn’t soft, the inside ingredients seemed mushed together, and the bread was toasted, hard, and dry. I would not order this again. It may not be their specialty, but I would be willing to try other items on the menu. The restaurant/bar looked nice, and the beverage menu looked good.

Being from California, I have very high standards for tacos and Mexican food! In Milwaukee it’s hard to find a place that tastes authentic and fresh, Las 7 Estrellas meets both those qualities and more. It’s a very clean, local spot with impeccable Mexican taste! I enjoyed my enchilada and sopes. The enchilada sauce tasted home made! It’s so rare to come by a place like this! Most places make a tomatoey enchilada sauce. This was real deal sauce! You can really taste the freshness of everything, even the horchata and salsas tasted in house made! Just look how beautiful the food looks! The beans look healthy and freshly smashed. Come try Las 7 Estrellas!
