Serviceable ice cream shop in Epcot. It didn’t have our favorite flavors (pistachio & hazelnut) and there was a decent wait in line at 8:48pm. Ice cream was fine but nothing exceptional. Service was friendly.

Tried the double scoop mint chocolate ice cream. Certainly creamy and flavourful but quite different to any other mint choc chip I’ve ever tasted in Italy. We finished it but not sure I would have again.
Friendly service and didn’t take long to order and get it. Not much seating at all and we ended up sitting on the curb outside.

Was a long line for a dessert, I think we waited roughly 20 minutes but WOW was the Croque Glacé incredible!! If you don’t know, it’s pretty much ice cream (your choice of flavour and sauce) squished together between a warm brioche bun, and all of it is made fresh right in front of you! If you have to pick one dessert at Epcot, let it be this! This was mine and my fiancé’s favourite dessert in this particular park.

Not worth the wait in my opinion, but the Croque Glacé was good and the service was solid.

This is a popular ice cream parlor tucked away in the France Pavilion. You get 16 flavors to choose from, and is served in a ‘gelato’ style. The service was quick with our orders, but the cashier had a loud voice level.
I got two scoops of Raspberry Sorbet. The texture of the ice cream is smooth and creamy. It also had a good fruity flavor to it. Although the price point is high at almost 10 dollars, I would still recommend if you need a way to cool off on the summer.

Probably the best ice cream shop in the entire Walt Disney World.
Many flavours to choose from.
Price was also not too expensive despite its location. Good value for money.
Expect to queue, like most shops here.

L’Artisan des Glaces has one of my favorite snacks in all of Walt Disney World. The ice cream here is great but I highly recommend that you get the Pressed Brioche ice cream sandwich. It is warm sweet bread that has been heated in a press with cold ice cream inside. We had our ice cream drizzled with caramel and it was amazing. Check it out next time you are strolling around the World Showcase!

We ordered simple and got a chocolate ice cream and vanilla, each in a waffle cone. We really liked it! The vanilla was super creamy so of course my girls loved it. And the chocolate was nice and rich too. The line went quick and it was fun to be in this part of “France” in Epcot.

REALLY overrated… Waited in line for a LONG time… Placed our order and then stood in a mass of people waiting to be served by someone else… Eventually our turn cane about and we presented our receipt to another miserable Disney “cast member”…. I don’t speak French but from this fellas gesticulations I presumed the waffle cooker type gizmo wasn’t working properly… he cooked my Glacé thing twice before handing it to me still cold, unsealed and a little sad. He spoke with his pal ignoring us as we awaited the second part of our order… by the time we got the second part or our order I’d all but finished mine – we generally try to eat together instead of one person eating outside alone while the other continues to queue while the staff converse amongst themselves.
Overrated food, unpleasant staff and time I could’ve spent eating something delicious and more exciting from elsewhere in Epcot.

First of all the staff was rude, we were waiting in the back so only one person went to get the brioche ice cream and the guy kicked us out, he literally said “move out”.
We got the cinnamon caramelized apple with crumble crunch ice cream brioche, the bread was old, it was dry and it was made so quickly that it wasn’t even warm bread, we didn’t taste the cinnamon or the crumble. We paid $11 for an old bread with a scoop of ice cream in the middle.
I had already been and I got the hazelnut ice cream brioche, the bread wasn’t old, yet I still thought it wasn’t that big of a deal, it is just a piece of bread with a ball of ice cream, my sister told me it was the flavor that I got that wasn’t good which is why we returned again… but never again!
I prefer the canoli in the Italy side, much better!
