I do not have enough words to explain how perfect l’arte and chef Andrea made my wedding cake experience. First off, he executed my vision perfectly. The taste of the cake was out of this world!! We chose to do a naked cake, vanilla cake with the nutella buttercream for the inside (after a very hard decision of tasting some of the other incredible flavors). People are still talking about how it was the best wedding cake they ever had!! I will continue to visit l’arte for any of my cake needs or even just for a nice lunch. I am so grateful!!

I was referred to this bakery from one of my favorite italian restaurant “From Scratch” in ridgewood nj. I was looking for a tiramasu cake for mother’s day, i loved that i can place an order online via their website for pick up on the day/time i desired. It is a lovely bakery with outdoor seating, loved the cozy atmosphere, staff is extremely friendly, it has a large selection of baked items to choose from, homemade gelato that is SO DELICIOUS..My tiramasu cake is amazing..

I really wanted to like this place but other than the decor (very authentic) it s not even worth $5 of the $20 I spent on 2 croissants and 2 cappuccinos. The Croissants are the same as the chewy ones you buy frozen from the store. Not to mention the chocolate one has as little cream as you can get . The cappuccino was the most embarrassing I have ever seen, no foam, watery has ever and the waitress brought it over all overflown in the little plate underneath (she was super nice, but, really?!). I asked her to re make it with more creamy foam, she brings it over identical, so I gave up.

I highly suggest one of their classes. We did a night in Sicily and it was awesome. Andrea is a great guy, shared a ton of knowledge and we left with our hands full with food. Of course the pastries and gelato and second to none as well.

We got married at the end of august and got our cake from L’Arte. We had been here before for pastries and coffee and already had only amazing experiences with anything we ever had. Our cake didn’t disappoint either. First of all, our tasting was so special and fun. We were able to really get a feel of the different options and Andrea is so beyond kind and helpful planning what kind of cake we wanted. We ended up going with a naked lemon flavored cake which everyone LOVED at our wedding!!! Wedding cakes here do not disappoint. If you are interested Andrea even has a add on pastry/cookies option. So grateful we chose to go here.

My husband and I have such a great experience ordering our wedding cake from Chef Andrea! Before deciding on the flavor of our wedding cake, we completed a survey and Chef Andrea created 5 trial cakes. Each trial cake was so amazing. We decided on lemon cake with pistachio filling. The cake was so delicious! Our guests complimented on the beauty and tastiness of the cake! I showed Chef Andrea my cake design. He matched exactly what I wanted! While discussing the design of the cake, Chef Andrea gave great suggestions about how many tiers the cake should be. Throughout the entire process, he was so understanding and easy to work with. He delivered and set up our cake at the reception for us. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
