Food usually good, Roman’s Revelation clearly not on hoagie roll. Just tell me you’re out and I will order a different option. I live .7 miles away and these fries are absolutely soggy, literally seems as if they were dunked in water. Chicken tenders are absolutely not what is literally a picture on their menu. Pretty upsetting, I liked going here too. Gotta go buy another lunch today

I ordered a Rita’s Reuben Ritual via Door Dash today and was not disappointed. The sandwich was $23 a la carte and came with a pickle slice. It was well balanced from a meat to bread to toppings ratio. The bread was toasted instead of grilled, but it’s a really nice thick cut rye. The dressing was also nice. The meat was adequate and comparable to Boar’s Head. I was disappointed that they removed potato salad from the menu, but I was happy with the sandwich.

Lost it’s pizzaz when Marci sold out. One guy here trying to answer phone, take orders and cook. Sandwich was ok, but just not the same. $42 for 2 good sandwiches. Guy was confused about his daily special which was advertised for $15.50, but the other sandwich was $25 ????? Can’t do it anymore, especially at these prices. Was here at 11:30 AM and the place was very quiet, not like to old Larry’s.

Really disappointed in my experience here today at the Airport Pulling Rd. location.
I walked in and no one greeted me. I stood at the counter like an idiot until one of the three gentlemen working there approached. He did not speak English and got frustrated when I was trying to order a matzo ball soup and a sandwich.
He walked away during my order to grab the “cook” in the kitchen. I proceeded to try to order AGAIN… and the man slammed a paper menu down in front of me and told me to basically point at what I wanted- so I did. He walked away before I could even pay.
I sat down to wait – when I finally got my food, I said “I haven’t paid yet”- so the cook came back out and charged me. The iPad was all in Spanish so I had no idea what the screen was asking. I didn’t know what buttons to push. I stated “I don’t speak Spanish so I don’t know what this screen is saying” – they then proceeded to laugh at me. I wasn’t trying to be funny. I was serious. I did not leave a tip. They were awful.
Food was subpar. I did not get what I wanted as they were OUT OF EGGS- so no egg salad. What deli is out of egg salad. I got a turkey club- $18, stale bread, slathered in so much mayo. I will say, the veggies were fresh- but NO side. Not even a pickle.
Matzo ball soup was watered down. One carrot and one piece of celery in my bowl. Disgraceful.
I will not be back. The three people working in there have not been properly trained and it looked like it was their first day of work without a manager.
Not acceptable. Not sure how this place has been open for so long.

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich to go! It was the worst chicken salad I have ever eaten. Huge chunks of dark meat that I had no idea what it was. Swimming in a flavorless mayo sauce with poppy’s or pepper. We couldn’t determine what it was. The sandwich looked and tasted awful! My parents ordered pastrami on rye which they enjoyed! Heard they changed owners!

This was the worst cheesesteak I ever ate in my life the bread was completely cold I could count the pieces of meat in the sandwich and it was 40 dollars for two sandwiches. Absolutely disgusting I’m floored at the prices and the quality of the food. Walmart cheesesteak Charley has better food than these people

Went over a year ago when the new owners took over and it seemed to be the same. I went today and they were out of roast beef, fries, onion rings, ice tea and i could go on and on. The new owners seemed to have run this business into the ground.

It gets very busy at lunchtime but definitely worth waiting in line for the matzo ball soup, potato latkes, and Monte Cristo sandwich. The woman who takes the orders, and clears the tables should get a medal for how fast she is. The pastrami sandwich looked very good as well.

So so so very delicious. This was my first time coming here and I must say that I am impressed. I had a Reuben, but substituted pastrami for the meat. It was pricey, but well worth it. I was only able to eat half of it. Just look at the picture and you’ll see how big it is. The onion rings were fresh and crunchy. And best of all it was pretty darn quick. I hope everything else on the menu is just as delicious because I will definitely be coming back.
