This restaurant was recommended by a few co workers. Me and the family drove and hour to have dinner here and we were all pretty satisfied. Greeted by a friendly host and staff we made our way through the various buffets. Salad bar.. meat bar that included chicken, pork chops, fried catfish and beef. Hot and seemingly fresh vegetables and a decent dessert bar. On this particular night a singer was performing to add to the ambiance.

Larry’s is a local favorite! Although they have gotten rid of the all you can eat buffet and replaced with a cafeteria style serving, but I must say you still get plenty of food with this style of serving food! My husband and I got the meat and three and we were both very very full when finished!! Keep the great food a coming Larry’s!!

Very nice owners and family. All homemade foods. I had some delicious potato soup and cornbread with a side of fried okra and chocolate cake with tea to drink. Food was fantastic. My husband had fried pork tenderloin that was delish, a side of sweet potato casserole, corn, rolls and I’m sweet tea. He cleaned his plate of course and helped me eat half of my cake. Pretty big piece. It had been years since my hubby had eaten there, me my first time. He said it use to be like a golden corral but the owner said since Covid hit they had to out clear separation walls up and they fix your plate for you as your walk through. The restaurant was closed off to a seating section to use since business slowed down with covid. It’s a mom and pop business so remember your local businesses ran by local people!! I had photos but think they were accidentally deleted.

I’m 35 years old and have been going to this place since I was like 2! This is mine and my husband’s all time favorite place ever!! Everything you eat is will be the best you’ve ever had. The price might be a little high but it’s worth it with the quality of the food. If anyone asked me where I want to go eat.. this is the place!! Chicken tenders are perfect! Best chicken and dumplings I’ve had anywhere.. I could go on and on about it. Larry and his wife work hard to keep this place so good. It’s also extremely clean!!

I don’t usually like buffets, but I was in the area and searching for a highly rated place to eat. I’m glad I went here! The service was really friendly. It was really clean, and they have a sanitizing station they request you use before you go up to the buffet,which is really great/helpful. The food seemed mostly home cooked (really good), with a large variety. I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone else looking for southern home cooked food in the area.

We searched google for a good place to eat on a road trip, we where not disappointed. The food was all hot and fresh at 4pm on a Saturday. The hole catfish where good, the chicken was also good. Staff was friendly and showed us 1st timers around. Would recommend and if I’m ever hungry and in the neighborhood I will stop by.

If Georgia is on your mind I recommend Larry’s Buffet. The most delicious southern, down home cooking you’ll ever eat. To add to this, the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever eaten in. As a restaurant manager for over 20 years, I must say, WOW!! Amazing. I felt right at home. I also loved relaxing on the covered porch with the beautiful mountain rocks, lush gardens and mountain view. As I enjoyed my visit and dinner so much I was there close to 4 hours. Excited about having dinner again at Larry’s. The staff was so attentive and kind.

The food was like the best old home cooked meal in 10 years. The fried tomatoes and egg plant were Wow! Recommend to anyone. Less than 1/4 mile off interstate. Loved meeting the owners.
