We are not local to Macomb and have lived here a couple years now. Never heard of Larry A’s until my 1st grader brought home a “free personal pizza” coupon from school for Larry A’s for being a student of the month. He was super excited (pizza is his favorite) and we thought “how cool that a local business is doing that for the kids!” My husband took him to get his pizza. My son made sure to put a tip in their gratuity jar. Waited the 20 mins and went to grab the pizza. When my husband comes to the car, I could tell by his face something was up. I thought he had dropped the pizza. He just handed it to me. I immediately opened it (the box felt empty) and this was the pizza they gave us. It was cold and hard and ultimately after a test bite, my kid decided to throw it away with tears in his eyes and had food at home instead.. I get it’s a free pizza, but if you’re doing this for the kids, do better. My husband and I just looked at each other after the fact like “Welp, I would never go back now..”
The next day we got him a cheese pizza from Casey’s to make up for it and he said “now THAT is a good pizza!”

Absolutely loved it!! The price was great and the food was phenomenal!! You cannot beat their customer service though from the front to the back of the house, every employee spoke to our table…will definitely be back!!!

I love Larry A’s pizza!
Its location is hidden in a small stip mall, but the delicious pizza is worth the effort to find!
The dining area could use some serious updating, and the floor needed attention (scrubbed and waxed).
I come here for the tasty pizza, not the ambiance. It is a favorite “destination” for me when I’m in the Macomb area.
FYI: There is a 4% additional charge if a credit or debit card is used.

Exceptional service and delicious food every visit! The appetizers are great, as is the pizza. They offer different specials every day. The apple dessert pizza is a favorite. The staff is nice. Larry A’s accommodates large orders and also offers delivery.

Travelling in from out of town and checking out the pizza joint near the hotel led me to Larry A’s.
The staff of young women were friendly and accommodating.
The pizza was hot, very cheesy, and toppings cooked to perfection. Crisp but not burned bacon and pepperoni seems like a luxury when the average place burns or undercooks one or the other.
When I return to town, I’ll be sure to come back for both a slice and a drink.

On a day trip across Illinois, my family and myself stopped in for a pizza. We didn’t realize that they shutdown in between lunch and dinner. Larry met us at the door and as I was asking about the times on the door (we were 10 minutes from them closing), Larry said “I’ll make you a pizza.” He told us not to rush, and that pizza was delicious. Half supreme and half cheese. I’d give more than 5 stars if I only could. Thanks Larry A’s, we’ll be back, but next time I’ll pay better attention to the hours
