We’re a great meeting place for a tasty lunch or a comfortable sit down dinner with family and friends. Delicious food as always. Disappointed that there is no baby changing station. I was forced to change my daughter’s diaper in the main restaurant. Also, the waiter never brought the Dick and Jane whole grain crackers, even after I double checked the menu to make sure they were included in the kids meals I paid for.

I ordered delivery for lunch today. The driver was a very nice young man. The food was excellent. I had a small Buddy deluxe pizza and a salad. Both were exactly what you would expect from Larosas. I will be ordering again very soon.

Hello, my name is Kelli Robertson. I ordered delivery from Saint Bernard location and I ordered the special two large two topping pizzas. They were both completely wrong. They went to the wrong address twice. I called to talk about the order and was offered a $14 credit because they said by the way, I was complaining that is all I could get my order was $33 so now I was charged for an extra topping that was not even there my husband and I worked for LaRosa’s a combination of 30 Plus years upon coming back to town I am utterly horrified of the product I see that St. Bernard is a franchise and not a corporate so I probably can’t call corporate because y’all are individually owned. In fact my grandson said you should’ve got did Giorno Nana.

Customer service was great. The young lady at the counter was very nice. The food portion quality on the other had was very disappointing. The 2 piece fish dinner was more like 2 piece fish nuggets. The dip cups were almost the same size of fish. Not worth the 10.89 I paid for it.

My family stopped in to order dinner to take back to our hotel after a long, hot, day at the zoo. There were two gentlemen working that were very helpful and very pleasant. The food was prepared quickly and was still hot after a ten minute (or so) drive. Everyone likes their dinner and there was enough to save for lunch the next day. We will be going back again anytime we are in town.

Very poor product…this use to be a great larosas…I ordered two large pizzas and I open the box and the cheese is all over the box,crust had huge bubbles in it and it was not even in a circle, it was oblong shape.. manager and the people working there knew the pizzas were messed up because they gave me concerning looks as I opened the boxes to look at them…when you got a whole bunch of people working there that don’t care and it’s just for the check these are the results you get

I ordered here last night. I placed a charge for 32.18 for two wings. Then fifteen minutes later my card was charged an additional SIX TIMES. This Larosas needs to be looked into for a scam! I’ll be reporting to the BBB and calling my bank

Always love getting LaRosas when visiting Cincinnati. We were in a hurry to get to Reds game. Our waitress was very efficient in getting our order and delivering our food. It was great as always!
