I came to this place with my parents we sat down got our drinks and everything was going okay. We ordered our food and my parents got their food but they messed up mine 3 times. I got BBQ chicken with no bone but they gave me boned chicken with hot sauce all over it. Then remade it and soaked it with hot sauce again. When we were waiting to get our food we Heard yelling and laughing as if people making the food were not doing their job but surver was very nice and was very apologetic because of the situation and was left a good tip. Thank you.

This location since moving from cemetery road has just gone downhill so bad. The service is always slow and lacking friendliness. The majority of my pizzas are just not that well made. The new aesthetic leaves plenty to be desired. Unfortunately it’s the Milford location so we have no other close options.. but definitely a bummer that the service is constantly underwhelming.

Pizzas had over an inch of bare crust around edges and very thin sauce, hardly any toppings ( I paid for 3) first time in 50 years, I have been this upset at a larosas. Asked waitress if they had changed amounts of sauce. Was told she didn’t know she didn’t make them.

Our experience today was not expected. Our server was quite rude, they wouldn’t let my little brother(12) order off the kids menu. The reason, he was too old. Then they took way too long to give us our check. She was so lost. I blame that on her training, they need better assistance.

Wanted to give LaRosa’s another chance after a few bad experiences but tonight takes the cake. Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza add jalapeños. It had pizza sauce on it no bbq. I just don’t understand how you make your own specialty pizza wrong, and the person cutting didn’t care enough to get it fixed bc it obviously has red sauce on it. It was absolutely disgusting. Never again.

I made an order for 2 calzones with an extra cup of dipping sauce each, that I paid for and I didn’t get. They gave me a credit. I used the credit and got lasagna and a salad. The cost was more than the credit. They messed up the salad and didn’t give me my extra dressing, which I paid for. I called the call center and they would not fix the issue.
