I order a lot of pickup from this location and leave a tip. Wanna know why??? Because I’ve never had a rude or negative experience here! The staff are the most friendly I’ve dealt with as far as the food industry goes. I’m so grateful because it’s a breath of fresh air these days! Thank you all of you. Kudos.

Server was very good and polite. Pizza was a bit marginal. Cheese overbaked on the deluxe. Pepperoni and Sausage a bit greasy than what we’re accustomed to from Larosa’s. We live in Hebron and have picked up pizza many times over 17 years. Left my hat on table or bench accidentally. We had a rather large party – 11 folks. Left KY and called location 20 minutes later and was told by male employee that hat was found and would be waiting for me to pick up. Returned from out of town trip (4 evenings later) and went in location to retrieve it (Boston Scully mind you). It was missing. No one could find it. No one could find who was working on New Years Day. Was told they dont keep calendar of who’s working on what day. Left my name & number for manager and description of hat. No one contacted me back after 48 hours. I phoned store manager today and was told that the hat was not found and that the man “misunderstood my question?” I explained to him I was told contrary that it was found and that I could come in and pick it up. There were only a few employees as it was NYD working that shift. Not satisified with his answer, much less the communication and dilligence of getting accurate information. While I’ll continue ordering pick up in future, I would NOT recommend dining in at this location.

Absolutely the best.
Avoid the chain pizza restaurants and patronize a local favorite. You will not be disappointed.
Great food, fair prices, and excellent service.

I’m going to start off with the positive. The waitress was very sweet and attentive. She took great care of us! Nice atmosphere in the place as well.
It was the pizza that was the problem. The crust wasnt crispy. The bread and tangy tomato sauce reminded us of those box pizzas that you used to make at home. As far as the toppings, the pepperoni was under the thin layer of cheese so they were soggy and greasy instead of crispy. And even though we ordered extra cheese, it was a very thin layer of cheese that didn’t even cover the bread.
The minestrone soup was decent, but cold.

Another facility with some solid GF pizza. The cauliflower crust here is the best we have had… Anywhere. Sauce is sweet, very robust. Thin, pan and deep dish options. Friendly crew, fair prices. We came in for early dinner. Glad we did because it was busy by the time we left. Team was great, answered all our questions and double checked some things for us. Looking forward to the next trip.

I was stuck in KY for the night before I came home. I took the recommendation from the front desk clerk at the Hotel. I got the usual (pepperoni and mushroom) and it was great. I was prepared for a regular pizza crust but they surprised me with a more thin crispy crust. The pizza was smaller that I was thinking for a Medium but it filled me up.

This is not a good or serious restaurant. I was just given the worst excuse for a hoagie.
The tall slender black guy in a red shirt who I assume was a manager asked how it was. I answered honestly with not good. He responded with telling me that I’d have to take it up with someone else who I’d guess runs the location because that’s the way they’ve been told to do things.
No I don’t have to “take it up” with anyone. It’s not my responsibility to teach anyone what good food is. I don’t have to go back and neither do you.

Ordered a steak sandwich. For an Italian establishment it looks like I got a piece of meatloaf. You called this a steak? I question the credibility of Italian food. I’m eating dog food.

It’s your generic Italian inspired food. People were nice. Food was okay.

Love Larosas, but this visit was disappointing. Rondos had not risen before baked, Calzones were not up to standards either
