I don’t know if it’s a new owner or manager down there, but the last like 3/4 times we’ve ordered from there, there is an issue. Today, ordered some food for pick up, get it home and the calzone does not have the additional sauce that I ordered and paid for. The time before that, the Hoagy was made incorrectly. Etc etc. This location has went down hill from what it used to be.

Unprofessional!! i reached out to the manager to show him this same exact picture of how they REALLY treat the customers bc of a recent incident with the delivery guy mistaking i gave him a 10 dollar bill i gave him a 20 dollar bill he never asked did i need change back. Manager had to mail me a bogus 10 dollar check bc the delivery guy stole my change. Ill never order LAROSAS AGAIN.

Atmosphere really doesn’t apply since it’s take-out/delivery only, but they have bench seating to wait for your order so I guess that counts. Walked in for takeout, the counter person was helpful, my food came out pretty quickly. Food was tasty, and the staff was friendly and they deliver!!

Never Again! Went on Halloween about 7:30, paid online, they don’t accept tap to pay. Had to come back with cash just to find out they don’t go by order number. Instead by last name, just for them to pull the wrong order of someone with the same last name. Tell me my orders not ready. Placed almost 30 mins ago, But not ready. I asked several times about a box that I suspected was mine. Was told no it’s not. Just for it to be my order. They need to train the staff to actually be able to identify which pizza is what. Small space to wait. Unorganized, employees lack knowledge.

No complaints. Got an email for a free large 1 topping pizza. I was very skeptical, figured there had to be a CATCH or charge for something. Ordered on line, picked up in store, it was ready, hot & maybe better than some pizza’s I have had delivered! I can’t seem to get paper plates & napkins when I order online & have it delivered but I got them this time. No hassle, no charge for anything. Thank you. 082523 was out running errands, called on the phone & ordered, picked up in store. Took 15 minutes longer than stated, no biggie, it was HOT & good. I even asked for & got paper plates & napkins! (P S – NO dine in here, carry out & delivery ONLY! also NO restrooms)
