Food was bland and not very good. I had the combination nachos, and I would warn against getting it. Barely any food for what you pay for. Service was OK. What made me really dislike this place was that they charged you for each extra chips and salsa after your first basket of chips. Who does that?

In, you sit down, you shut up and you wait and let the 80 year old Mexican grandma in the kitchen make you a meal. She is the only one who cooks and she does it right. If you want rushed, Tex-mex- or knockoffs go elsewhere. The food was awesome (tamales, Larez special, chimichanga, sopapillas) and truely authentic. Everyone was friendly and they warn you upfront of the extended wait.
