Was hoping this would be a good place but just not the case. Chips and salsa were not bad. The frozen margaritas were not bad. The food had really no flavor. Quite disappointed. Shrimp, no flavor and barely cooked. Ribs eye steak was very thin and no seasoning. Will not be back.

I was visiting Madison from Texas and this place was not far from my hotel. I decided to give this place a try and was glad I did. The atmosphere was good but the food was great. The chips and salsa were good and not those thin bland chips and watered down salsa. Very good. They have an extensive menu and decided to order the Lengua Tacos, which you don’t find in a lot of Mexican restaurants. They give you 3 tacos that come in double corn tortillas along with a small dish of refried beans and rice that was good. The sauce that came with the lengua tacos was great. It was spicy and added just the right amount of kick to bitchslap my tongue just enough to make these tacos a favorite. I was very happy with my order and the staff was great. They were not that busy at the time but was glad to have some quiet time to look around Laredos and get a feel for it. I definitely will be back if I visit Madison again. Thanks Laredos for a great meal and wonderful staff.

I love Lorados! Just recently tried them for the first time and I’ve been back 4 times since. The food is very flavorful and consistent. I especially love the guacamole, it’s smoother rather than super chunky and tastes fresh. The chips and salsa are also very good and the chips are always fresh, still warm. The staff are excellent and you never have an empty drink (or salsa!). Also, their coca cola tastes especially good and not watered down.

We’ve been looking for a good Mexican restaurant since we arrived in the area. Laredo’s did not disappoint! Great good and great service. We had the taco and 2 enchilada combo and the new Marinated chicken bowl. Both were very good!

The food was great. My husband and I split a torta and it was delicious. The margaritas were big and delicious as well. The kids ordered from the kids menu and paid a little more for steak burritos. The only thing that was gross was the smell inside. Something must be up with there septic tank or the bathrooms because the smell isn’t appealing when your trying to eat delicious Mexican food.

Laredo’s is absolutely fantastic!
We’ve been going there for years as well as Mexican Food is our absolute favorite- So when I say we have gone to probably just about every Dane County, Hispanic restaurant around we definitely have!
And Laredo’s is by far our favorite!
It’s plenty big so you don’t feel crowded
The food is absolutely fantastic!
The kids menu is extremely filling for the kids!
But the ultimate reason we go is because they have the absolute best margaritas, hands-down! And even better yet we absolutely love our waitress. She’s truly amazing! Not only is she a great waitress, but she is so friendly with our kids and she is so kind!
We are team Laredos!

Wasn’t too busy the Monday night we went. Husband and I were seated pretty quickly. Chips and salsa were given while we looked through the menu.
Lots of options and it was hard to choose what to get! We got nachos as an appetizer. They were delicious.
Husband ended up choosing a fajita skillet and I choose enchiladas. Everything came out hot and it all tasted great!
We had plenty to take home, and they gave us styrofoam boxes to do so.
I do wish that the table service was a bit quicker, with how slow the restaurant was. I felt like we waited kinda long to be helped at first.
The decor, atmosphere and music were very nice.
I will be back!

They need to open one near me!
