They dress presentable, they act professional, and they are genuinely attentive to your order. The food is always fresh, warm and flavor is on point. The tortillas are always toasted well on the grill. Their professionalism is refreshing and appreciated.

Stumbled onto this place on Brighton Blvd/Broadway on my way to get on I-70.
It’s in a 7-Eleven. Had the chorizo and egg breakfast burrito with some lettuce, tomato and salsa. Fresh, good portion and tasty! Also inexpensive. Thomas hooked it up right! The only downside is you have to get rung-up on the 7-Eleven counter (not Laredo’s own counter) and it’s often long in the mornings. Next up is one of their breakfast plates or breakfast tacos.
In RiNo, or headed up to jump on I-70, stop in and get some tasty breakfast goods
