I ordered a quesadilla and unfortunately this is what I received (see photos). The tortilla was badly burnt on both sides and tasted like charcoal. Large parts were completely black and inedible.
It honestly looked like it had been left on the grill far too long. I had to throw away a good portion of it because it was impossible to eat.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but food this burnt should never be served to a customer. Very disappointing experience.
