First off the young lady working the register was high as hell. No toilet paper or napkins anywhere in the restroom. Somebody had pooped all over the toilet and had been there for a couple of days. We was working across the road so we been in there for 2 days and the restroom was never cleaned for 2 days and never stocked with toilet paper or napkins. Just plain out disgusting.

Got to Laredo Taco in Willis and found out they no longer serve breakfast until 11. Ordered shrimp tacos and barbecoa instead for my dad and I. Lady spent a couple minutes looking up codes for my order and wrote them on the paper bag. Then she instructed me to go pay for it and come back with proof that I purchased my order. Lady at register told me the other lady used the wrong codes and spent a few minutes figuring out the correct codes to ring me up. She put stamps on the bag to signify I purchased the Laredo taco items, as if the receipt itself isn’t enough proof of purchase??? I handed the bag over to the kitchen workers. I made a comment that they don’t use this process at other locations to which apparently one of them took offense and uttered a rude comment as I walked over to get my coffee. The food tasted awful, like it had been sitting there for an hour. This Laredo Taco location is dead. Honestly, the only locations that are worth your time and money are within the Grand Parkway Loop.

Bought grand tocino and extra breakfast taco, eggs old dry, tortilla so old difficult to chew, asked for and paid for cheese not put on taco’s. I was at the register paying for the order placed so I didn’t see them make them . As I said very dissapointing. Don’t serve old crusty eggs and put in equally old crusty tortillas. Not worth what I paid. Bacon also over cooked hard to chew.

Do not order from this place you will get a plate of food that looks like pig slop. Fajitas full of green beans not as they advertise on Uber eats. The food was not even edible. It was thrown in the trash.

It is with great sadness, that I must rate y’all so poorly, especially after seeing such great reviews here. I would’ve rated higher had y’all made the tortilla fresh. The tortilla literally stabbed into the roof of my mouth SEVERAL times within the first 2 bites of my taco. Like a vicious Dorito, it ravaged the roof of my mouth. The food inside the tortilla was fine, but the tortilla sliced up my mouth so bad. And thats just not right. I could hardly bite thru it, had to break half of it off. It was stale, hard, and insanely crunchy. I worked at another Laredo Taco a while back in Houston, and it was completely unacceptable to give out tortillas like that. Do better. Just please, for the love of all things Holy, DO BETTER. There is no reason for that.

Drove by a lot of places just to get to what is a go to taco place where I live…30 minutes to closing they were cleared out of there. Pretty unprofessional. Food area looked filthy so I probably dodged a bullet

Been getting breakfast here at 10:40 every Sunday for years now and all the sudden they changed their hours to breakfast ending at 10? Why?
