I have experienced some bad customer service before, but this one has been the worst ever. I thought it was a prank for for mint. This guy was on the phone the entire time. It took him 2 mints to even notice I was there. Then he says, What you want? Lol and kept holding the phone with one hand and making the tacos with the other hand. He couldn’t even close the Tortillas, but never put the phone down. Tall guy with tattoos btw

The Laredo taco employees with a neck tattoo was very unprofessional had an order to pick up refused to prepare the order. Had desires to make the other this place will not get any more of my business. Spend your money where they appreciate it and it is not his place. Owner retrain your staff or you will be reading a lot of the same review. Employees lack of customer service is crazy customers stay away .Deserve zero stars

Very slow service as they always seem to be understaffed and a constant turnover of people. Portion size varies each and every time I go in, and the employees do not know the difference between a bowl and a plate as far as portions. Will not return.
