Where do I begin how about 7-11 shut these down it’s 1230 pm and there’s no food. One clerk who said she just got their, food that was there was old looking. I’m embarrassed for 7-11 it’s not just this location it’s all of them. I work around the city and all of them have issues. I didn’t order anything no tacos no enchiladas potatoes fajitas they had breasts chicken but nothing worth eating. I left. The food is amazingly good when it’s in operational standards.

The person waiting on us needs a new job. He never said one word to us, we had to order hoping someone would hear us. A little pricey for what you’re getting but food was good. Cheese dip was excellent.

Food is delicious but bad costumer service. The staff is always in a bad mood, rude and they ignore you. They are mad that they have to work and won’t be able to conversate. They need to hire better staff.

Garbage. Food is dried out and had to be sitting there all day. The kid working was nice enough but the facility and food quality were awful. How to build a brand new building and let it go to crap so quick?

Literally amazing 7-11 would let this horrible restaurant continue. The staff is extremely loud and tactless. They openly speak about drug use and constantly on their phone or playing inappropriate music loudly. They hit on women as they pass by making them uncomfortable, They yell customers who are not even doing any business with them, and the food area is a MESS. I’ve overheard them saying the food is expired “but looks good still”.. save yourself and either clean house or shut the “restaurant” down.

Really went downhill. It was really good when they first opened, but they have horrible employees. They always have mad looks ok their faces and lack any kind of professionalism. Everything is always dried out and old-looking. They NEVER have breakfast food made past 7:00, even though it’s supposed to be until 9:00 or 10:00.

1391 E. Memorial Road was the one i went to. The person who fixed the meal i ordered did know how to fix it or what came with the meal. I ordered 1 original platter, which supposed to have 2 tamales and 2 sides. And a mexican plate, which was a beef enchilada and 2 sides. What i got for the original plate. No tamales and theonly sides i got was refried beans, that were very dry. For the other plate i got what was supposed to be an enchilada but really don’t know what it was. No condemnts on either plate. I was not even told what was available to go on top of the. Meals. Food was ok but not good. I ordered chip and caso and bearly got any which he had to scrape off the bottom of the container it was in.

The staff here are incredibly lazy. Almost every morning there is nothing ready. Like this morning. They would rather sit in the back and talk than to do their jobs. I hope higher up management sees this is does something about it. In 2 months of going here every morning there is only one staff member that has had everything ready! 1 time out of 60 attempts is unacceptable.
