A 10 A 10 A Mother Truckin 10!!!!
I really hope I read his name tag right, as I am hella tired this week. Been over stimulated for weeks, and really bad these last few days. I’ve BEEN wanting to try Laredo Taco for YEARS now!! Something is always wrong when I am near one. Either no time to stop, no money, or no trucks allowed.
Tonight I walked over from Pilot. I didn’t think to check the time, as I thought it was much earlier than it actually was. I got there right after closing time. Ron had put away half the food. I was like NOOOOOOOOO!!! WHY GOD WHYYYYYYYYY?! He said, “I can use what I have and make you a bowl.” Omg yesssss!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
He hooked it up for me!!! You have NO IDEA what this means to me!!!
And for this being the end of the night, and the food not it’s freshest…OMG!!! Yummmmmm!!! I have these Tostitoes chips to eat with it… .
I will DEF be back to visit every chance I get, and I hope to see Ron’s bright shining face when I do!!!
GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!! He is the absolute example of true customer service! That is rare anymore!!!

Being pregnant you love food!! I couldn’t even stomach the taste of this!! The beans were so hard and dry. The rice was dry. Don’t get me started on the steak!! I paid for queso and never received it. My kids got burritos and my daughter got sick from hers. I 10/10 do not recommend this place at all!!

I used Doordash to deliver my Laredo Taco food. I spent $50 for a $5 container of rice n a $3 candybar Because the rest of my food was inedible, (overcooked n tortillas rock hard) which ended up in the trash. Very disappointed!!

I went at 3:00 on a Thursday and this “steak” was literally dryer than jerky. Like I would have been better off buying a bag of jerky and using that for the meat. The pico de gallo I put on it to attempt to make it palatable was decent, but that was probably one of the worst lunches I’ve had this year. Didn’t even finish it. Save your money, unless you go at open. I’m sure it would be good fresh.

Please shut this place down until you find employees that care enough to show up or stay to do their jobs right!! The food here can be very tasty but it’s not cheap. I came through late afternoon today to grab lunch for work. I spent $10 on 2 tacos with no options for tomatoes or the self serve salsa bar, mind you, not from any type of food shortage but the unwillingness of the morning crew to actually put the stuff out. I actually felt bad for the 1 lady working, the guy she was supposed to be working with never showed up and she seemed new.
My husband is a delivery driver and last week had to wait 45 minutes for the order to be prepared. The guy working that day decided to just walk out. The order hadn’t even been started by the time my husband arrived to pick it up. Kudos to the gas station employees that stepped up and tried to make the order even though they didn’t know what they were doing. Keeping this place open with this kind of staffing issues is a disservice to the customers that are paying full price for food without the stated quality and options to go with them.

Google says they close at 9 the store sign says 8 however every single time I come they are close by 7p this was one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite however I work until 630-7 so it’s hard for me to get here before 7. Half the time it’s one of the gas station attendant cooking with only half a clue of what there are doing just winging it. This never happened before 711 put this place in and it was speedway cafe at least then I was able to grab something for dinner when I worked until 10-11p. Long story short honor your hours the sign says 8pm everyday so stop shutting down and having everything cleaned up by 7.

Great gluten free options! Our food was made fresh and hot, customized exactly how we wanted it. Lots to choose from, the topping bar with limes, chopped cilantro and sweet onions was the icing on this cake. 10/10 will be back.

Food here looks amazing! I have had the breakfast tacos and they are the best I have had. I have seen the not breakfast spread once. Half chickens swimming in onions and jalapeños looks absolutely delicious.
Worst customer service ever. It takes the employees for ever to even look at me they just go about doing what they are doing or just standing around chatting. When I get there after work at 7pm. There are only slim pickings left, everything looks like it has been sitting there all day, dried out and picked through. Employees do not know what hours they are open. Best i can tell they make food in the morning and that is it. I have tried multiple locations with the same results.

The breakfast is pretty good. I really enjoy the chorizo beans with the eggs.They should bring back the queso at breakfast! I haven’t had much of the lunch menu. I did like the chicken fajitas. The salsa bar is always full when I come in and the staff is always polite and courteous.

Only have had the breakfast tacos and they are excellent. The service is good and friendly. I can’t wait to try the lunch menu. The atmosphere, it’s a gas station, so take that how you will. I guess it’s great for a gas station, I mean they have awesome tacos, enough said.
