“I’ve read many negative comments about the service here, but I want to share my own experience. The person working here is always present, doing her job and making sure we get our food. She may not always have the best attitude, but at least with her I see the reality of things, not the fake smile that’s so common everywhere. I appreciate that she’s there every time I come, and that deserves recognition too.”

Can’t speak for all locations. The location in Lebanon TN has been plagued with a singular problem. The lady that’s has a terrible attitude behind the counter. On top of generally just being a downer, she is constantly rude, doesn’t like that customers place orders, and is ALWAYS attempting to get customers to not order what they want by saying door dash comes first (even though she screws up every door dash order I have ever received) or that some delivery is arriving and that no matter what is ordered, it will “be a while”
It’s a real shame that this individual is turning people off to an otherwise great restaurant with some really solid Mexican food in a market where good Mexican and breakfast tacos aren’t readily available.
This lady needs to be spoken with in a serious manner.

The young lady with the green in her hair (Lynda) is extremely rude and unprofessional. Dipped out of the bottom of the pan of meat and scooped up a bunch of grease and poured it on my taco. I politely asked if I could have a different one without all the extra grease, it was running off the sides and getting on her counter). She snipped at me and told me if I wanted a different one, I’d have to pay for 2. I just left the food there and walked out. This level of service should not be tolerated. Very rude.

I spent 2 years in laredo Texas, and every morning, I had breakfast tacos from Laredo Taco Company. I also spent a year in Brownsville, Texas. Both cities had the same fresh cooked eggs,bacon . Machacado heuvos ect,ect. They also had several hot sauces and salsas to help yourself to. Along with onions and cilantro. They even made their tortillas per order in front of me. Now, I have been to two different locations in Nashville. Everything is a premixed conglomerate from a tub it appears. Pre-made tortillas heated a little on the grill. One total salsa and no hot sauces. Honestly, the food looked like garbage and tasted the same. I understand that when a place becomes a chain spreading town to town, it will lose some quality, but this is terrible. Bring back the fresh food.

Went in to order. Two people at cash register with no customers. I waited 10 minutes. No one came back to take my order. As I was walking out, a guy came in from outside that was supposedly the person attending the food ordering. I was asked if there was anything that I needed help with. Too late!

Lynda was extremely rude. Her service was absolutely horrible. We figured she was just having a bad day so we brushed it off. Went back a couple weeks later and she was there again working and just as rude and unprofessional as before. We’ll get our food somewhere else from now on.
